I just had a great experience with Jojo and Pedro at Aircool Enterprises. There was no sales pressure. I ended up installing 2 brand new Trane units before the summer heat set in.

They offer the same service as Berkeys or Milestone at a much better price.

I've used Gordon Heating and Air Service for years and the two techs that came by demonstrated why. Clean, courteous, and seemingly elaborate (I may not be the best judge - if I were I wouldn't need professionals!). I do feel like I get the best value for what I pay.

Great company! My old furnace suddenly stopped functioning and George was at my house that morning to review my options and to give an estimate. The next morning, James and Mike showed up at my home ready to go! They were neat, polite, friendly and helpful! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my HVAC needs!

We contacted to Gordon Heating and Air Conditioning Company to assist me in fine tuning and filter replacement. We got a prompt response and James came by for the service. He had all the work completed within a very short time and we are glad that we chose Gordon for our heating system. Thanks and keep it up!!

Absolutely worst service ever. They told me they would be there in 20 minutes, then showed up nearly 2 hours later without a call. The repair person came out (backwards hat on and nothing that said Gordon Heating and AIr Services on the truck) spent 10 minutes on the roof and said the A/C was frozen. Fine, thanks, asked for that on a written diagnosis so we could submit it to the landlord to get authorization to fix it, said he had to go home first and would write it out that night. Next morning, nothing! I called 5, yes 5 times and each time they patched me to a call center and told me to wait an hour and I would have it. They are now would not put me through to the tech or any person at the company that could provide email with diagnosis. Kept telling me it would be an hour. 24 hours later, I still do not have a diagnosis or anything from their tech or company. They do not reply to email and do not care enough to make a phone call to their customers, just continue to send you to a call center that states they can't do anything for you. Meanwhile, we are still without A/C and would have paid the company to repair it and possibly work on other projects for us.

Now, 3 days later and still have not received the diagnosis or a phone call...

On top of that, they told me I paid for some kind of subscription instead of a service call. I am calling my credit card company and having this flagged as fraud.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Update - 14 calls from me and two weeks later, still not a return call from this company nor the estimate/diagnosis I paid for! They clearly do not read their reviews, follow up on phone messages, or care about customers at all.

I called Gordon Heating and Air Service and they were very responsive, answered the phone immediately and got me booked for a appointment in 1 day even though it was 110 out. The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions about prepping for the service. And best of all when James showed up he was one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and honest technicians I have ever worked with. Gave me advice at every step for my system.
