We recently engaged Air-Pro AC & Heating (owner Scooter Walsh) to instal a new Carrier Infinity HVAC system in our elderly mother's home.
The owner, Scooter Walsh and his service team technicians Roberto, Paxton and Phoenix did a great job retrofitting the new system with impressive efficiency and excellent results.
As the summer heat progressed our mother needed further help to determine whether the cool air flow was adequately balanced throughout the house.
The Air-Pro team quickly arranged a follow-up inspection and conducted a thorough system check and were able to reassure our mother that the new system was performing well.
They made a slight adjustment in the system settings to regulate the air-flow throughout the property to her satisfaction.
I must say that throughout our experience with the Air-Pro team they have been consistently professional, thorough, knowledgeable and very courteous.
This is fast becoming a rarity among service contractors, but it has been very gratifying for us, especially in our situation where we need to have trustworthy service providers assisting our mother in her home.
I regard Air-Pro AC & Heating as one of the most reputable businesses I've encountered in their field and can recommend their services unreservedly.

Blower motor went out at 2am Thursday. Mark replaced it this AM. The ac is humming again by 10am Friday on a 105 heat wave week. My mom thanks you Mark!

Would not recommend these guys to anybody. Had them scheduled to come fix my AC, my ETA got pushed back without them notifying anybody. My house was 95 degrees waiting around, the
First Lady hung up on me and the supervisor threaten to push my time back even further. Ran by incompetent people

The customer service was horrible. Was not on time. Arrived 4 hours late. The technician was very unprofessional and rude. One guy was in training he said and had no clue to what he was doing. I voice my concerns to company I did not get any feedback to even an attempt to correct or address the issue. I wasted a whole day and my unit still was not fix. The company need to make sure the technicians that are sent to people home are train to perform the job, trust worthy and have customer service training.
