I am very pleased with The go2guys . They were reliable, on time, competitively priced and by far have the best service. I had pleasure of speaking with several crew members, but Joel stood out the most. He explained the technical aspect of the new system and how it all works.

Great service!! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Joel and his dad fixed our heating and air quickly and efficiently. He gave a thorough explanation for the issues and solutions and multiple option quotes. We’ve had other techs come by and neither actually fixed our system nor provided any sort of explanation like they did. He even followed up to make sure things were working properly. So glad to finally live comfortably in our own home. Thank you guys again!! 100% recommend!

We had Joel come out to provide a second opinion after we got a quote from another company that we weren't sure about. He was open and honest and didn't try to upsell us on anything. He showed us everything we might want to be concerned about and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be working with them in the future!

Got home to a warm house. Thought it was just because of a warm day but after the air still running after 2 hours of me being home and not cooling down I knew something was wrong!
Called The Go2Guys after 5:15pm and they responded in a little over an hour!

Joel and his entire team came through in a pinch. Helped get my main unit back up and running and even installed a second unit quickly to support the main unit (the homebuilder did a terrible job designing the original system duct work and only installed one unit when there should have been two).

This team is very professional while going above and beyond.

Kevin did a great job and was very professional. Our original appointment was for a Friday and you guys were able to move us to Monday (coldest week of the year)! The issue ended up being a damaged wire and he had us back up and running quickly. Also like the review and photos of all the areas of the system. You guys are highly recommended!

Heater was blowing cold air back in December. Called and had someone come out the same day to resolve the issue. Heater started acting up again in early February. Again they had someone come out and replace the part the same day.

Ricardo did a great and thorough job of diagnosing my a/c issues and offered up a few options for fixes. They even found an issue previous provider missed. Very happy with the service, and have sign ed up for their maintenance plan.

The Go2Guys are the ones that installed my AC about a year ago! I recently had a power issue on our street and it blew the motor up on my AC unit. Kevin Pena was the technician that came out and fixed it and was super helpful with explaining exactly what happened with the system. I appreciated the time he took to explain the issues and what they needed to do to fix the problem! He also helped me understand the best way to maintain the system to get a longer life out of it. Seriously, those are the kinds of things I needed to hear, because we don’t always know what we need to do to maintain our AC systems.
