Excellent air conditioning system service with Mr. Aldo Valencia and his team. 100% reco

I got a new HVAC unit installed in Feb of 2022. That night it wasn’t heating my home properly and I called them out the next day. It never worked properly. I called summer of 22, winter of 23, summer of 23 and they never would actually look at it. They said “it’s fine” “change your filter more often” and “get more insulation in the house” I did all those things to no avail. I also have experience as an HVAC technician and knew what they were saying wasn’t adding up. There was a definite issue but they refused to check it out. This year it wouldn’t cool and kept freezing. I got them to come out again and they looked at it, claimed it was my filter (that was due to be changed this week) but then spent 2 hours in my attic. When I asked if it was going ok they said it was just the filter and they were running some tests. When they left they told me it was just the filter again… I told them I knew it was more and they admitted a valve was loose and had a refrigerant leak so they tightened it and it was fine. A few hours later I got a call telling me it would be a $150 labor charge. I told them I was never quoted a price or agreed to a repair. The techs told me at first it was working fine just my filter until I pressed them for the truth. Which was an error during install that I had been asking them to address for the last few years. I told them you can’t preform unauthorized work fixing their own mistakes then call hours later demanding money… for fixing their faulty install years later (conveniently when the labor warranty is up on the install).

During the install they also crushed my air vents (causing my bedroom vent to not properly cool) and spilled some sort of concrete like mixture all over my carpet, and issued no apology. At the time I accepted it as a mistake and just cleaned it up and asked the they to uncrush the vent the best they could. But now I see that it’s just the culture and standard of work for this company. Run, do not walk, away from this company for any HVAC work or you will waste years trying to get it right.

They replaced the whole system including ducts and Cooper lines in 1 day, that was fantastic. great job guys.

Him and his crew are very reliable and dependable ac technicians that helped me solve our ac problem when we needed it repaired and fast , other guys had came earlyer and said we needed new system that ours was no longer good and gave us an estimate of $9500 . So we where surprised when aldos guys came and said it was not true and all we needed was a capacitor and that it would only cost us $145 thats what i call honest thanks

Have been a customer for over 6 years. Bought a complete unit and it has been working like a charm since. When we call for service they arrive on time and are courteous and reliable. We had a situation once and it was because we had not changed the filter. Other than that, they are awesome to work with.

Carlos and Gerardo gave us above and beyond our expectations cleaning the air vents and replacing all the grills in each room. Even went so far as to take pictures of damaged installations on the air ducts and made repairs to them.
I would recommend these folks to anyone and that is something I never do.
I just don’t believe you will regret it!
