Justin did a great job! He was here right on time, explained things in an easy to understand manner. He was very patient and informative when going over the checklist for my service. Justin represented Milestone in a way for which the company should be proud!

Scott is very conscientious troubleshooting the issues. He offered various options and was very respectful with regards to price points. He offered his suggestions, explained his reasons behind his suggestions and did not heavily push to upsale. He simply offered all options and respected the decisions made. I am going to use him again, first because of the quality work and a close second because of his respect for decisions and not being pushy.

I fix my own ac and this place has a great deal of parts and supplies. The staff is kind and friendly and love the cat also.

My husband always gets his parts here, If they don't have it, they order for him, The two women are very helpful, nice, and courteous.

The young female worker in the store was not helpful at all. She is not a HVAC technician, & was giving her unsolicited opinions about a capacitor and what might or might not have been the problem with our AC fan motor. She became part of the problem, and was not the solution in helping with the AC issue. We were there just to buy a capacitor...but she seemed to discourage us from buying from them. Thumbs down with this store.

I've been in the hvac industry for quite some time, and believe me when I say some parts, houses can be a real headache. But not West Filters &AC Supply. I love these people. It's family ran and your always greeted with a smile and their very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and coworkers.
