I called ARTC because my gas heater smelled like gas, they came out and fixed the issue the same day. Great service and very professional.

The technician (Jesus) was a few minutes early. I explained the issue and he promptly diagnosed it, fixed it and cleaned the unit in just over an hour. Very impressed and will refer this company to anybody in need.

I called them because my ac unit was not working. From the moment i called they were always friendly. The technician arrived on time when they said he would, & when i explained the issue I was having he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in almost no time. I will definitely be using them again if I have problems with the a/c unit.

I’ve had excellent experiences with ARTC Heating & Cooling, in Irving, TX. They are prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. The owner Jesús is the nicest man: kind, courteous, friendly and respectful. These qualities are important to me along with expertise! I’ve been fortunate to have Jesús present for every service this company has performed for me, including installing a new HVAC system. I also like their very affordable monthly service plan you can optionally sign up for (which I did); it’s $5 less per month than the last company I did business with. The office staff is also outstanding without exception: friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend this company.

I would recommend ARTC Heating and Cooling. I needed an EVAP Coil replacement for my AC and I called for a quote and were responsive. They came out quickly looked over my system and discussed different options that was very helpful. The day they were supposed to repair my AC they were on time, polite, professional and very knowledgeable about my system. If your looking for a small family owned business that showed honesty and integrity with quality work and no high pressure sales ARTC Heating and Cooling are the people to call.

Great experience. Had a larger firm that installed my original unit scheduled to come out, appointment window was 1pm - 10 pm. What? ARTC set a window of 12pm - 1pm and we're right on time. Ultimately had them install a new unit and they came 2 hrs before the appointment, and 2 hrs earlier that my upstairs got cooled down!

I recommend them for work because they answer their phone, setup a time to meet to understand what you are looking for and answering multiple questions. They quickly followed up by a quote and setup a time to do the install. They showed up on time and were very professional to me and courteous of my house. They installed very efficiently including having their own electrician. Their price was reasonable and the quality of the units are the best.

I’ve been working with Joel for over a year and he’s been amazing. He’s quick to respond in an emergency and is extremely reliable and trustworthy. My HVAC broke in the middle of summer last year and Joel gave me a reasonable quote and replaced the units within 36 hours (other companies had a week wait time). I highly recommend this company!

Josh was amazing at helping educate and get all the work done seamlessly! He helped us get our water heater working again and fixed our kitchen sink! Plus he was friendly and easy to work with!

Alex Coronado came out initially for a toilet repair, but after completing inspection, found a multitude of other issues that also needed to be addressed. He did a fantastic job on the repairs we agreed to at this time. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues

Blockage that I failed to clean myself was removed quickly and efficiently. On top of this Bedford inspected the piping with video camera and pointed out for a potential problem place in the pipes. All faucets and toilets were inspected as well as water heater. All of it was provided the same day I called in, which is probably faster than my insurance could do and for the same price I would pay through insurance and get less service.

I had my kitchen sink and garbage disposal replaced. Jordan couldn't have been better...he explained everything he needed to do in verbage I could understand! He was fast, efficient, and really friendly. It's workers like Jordan that make me happy I always go with Milestone.

Had a serious plumbing clog in the kitchen but Austin did a great job!! He took time to determine where clog was and got it unstopped! Grateful to Milestone for responding quickly to our need and charging a very fair price!

Milestone sent out Savian who is a warranty technician. It’s not often that a company will go over all the possibilities of a complicated system but they did. Savian checked and rechecked my fan motor and the motherboard and found the issue. He explained to me what he did to fix the problem. I’m happy and grateful that he was able to fix it in time for the upcoming cold front. I would definitely recommend him and Milestone.
