Justyn is a pleasure! He’s been great at explaining every step of the process, patient with all my annoying questions & comments! He came out as a follow up on a job, he had done for us earlier. He was incredibly polite to help us identify the issue was not related to his previous work. Justyn immediately got us connected with an electrician to come deal with the new issue. I really appreciate his approach to customer service. I feel confident in his work & Milestone.

It was a really great experience! We worked with Nolan, Bryan and Shan on electrical inspection and repairs on a house we recently purchased. Each of them were thorough, efficient, friendly, and communicated well. We even got an alert when they were on the way, with a map and ETA so we could be ready when they arrived. Nolan made sure we were safe when we discovered some black smudges on outlets in our nursery. Bryan did a whole home inspection to confirm the findings of our inspector and even informed us of things the inspector didn't see, and went over the things we needed to resolve and options for how to tackle the project over time so we weren't dealing with everything all at once. Shan replaced some old GFCI outlets and corrected some safety hazards in other outlets. They also wore shoe covers when they came inside, which normally I wouldn't care about, but I really appreciated because we try to keep the nursery carpet clean for the baby to crawl on. We really appreciate they're time and work and would certainly recommend them.

Chris Hennig came to my house today for my bi-annual HVAC system maintenance. You can’t ask for better. He explains everything in a calm, polite and respectful manner. Being a Milestone Advantage member which I do pay monthly for, these maintenance visits are no charge and I also get an annual drain clean. All of the money I pay for the Advantage membership can go towards any major repair or upgrade I may need. This is a company you can trust with exceptional customer service if you can accept their higher price points. It is people like Chris that keep me loyal to Milestone.

My overall electrical chrckup. She was prompt, very knowledgeable and thorough. She was patient and between pictures and dialogue gave valuable info on my system needs. Very satisfied with her work.

We had such a great experience, using milestone plumbing. They were able to come see Us same day and got our issue fixed in the next day. They were quick and honest trustworthy people. they helped work with us on pricing and worked around our schedule. Zach and Dwayne were who we worked with and they were such wonderful people. I’m definitely going to be using milestone again in the future.

Jonathan did an outstanding job at my home. He quickly located the leaks, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issues with real attention to detail. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Jonathan and Milestone for anyone needing reliable plumbing work.

Grant came out to do an electrical safety inspection and found that my smoke alarms were very outdated and beginning to fail. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my best options without pressuring me . After I decided to have them replaced, he went to a lot of trouble to find the right replacements and installed them the same day. I was very satisfied with his work and would request him by name in the future.

Billy came out today to do a system check and was able to fix a minor issue we didn’t realize we had on the spot. He gave us some tips on maintaining our system between checks.
Milestone isn’t the cheapest, but they are responsive and knowledgeable!

Had to check why a breaker was tripping so after some trouble shooting and lots of good information and a check of the breaker box we found the problem and fixed it. I will continue to use Milestone because of the techs who are professional and informative. Happy customer.

Worst experience ever with a plumbing company!! When I scheduled the appointment, since they couldn't come on the weekend they said when they came on Monday that they wouldn't charge me a svc fee. However, when they arrived Monday they told me that I had to pay a different fee of $160 that they did not tell me about when i scheduled the appointment and I had never agreed to pay. However, my mother was at the house to meet with them and she is older and was sick and so guess they figured they could take advantage of her lack of knowledge about Plumbing and get over on her. She had already signed off on the fee before calling and she called me because they gave her an outrageously high estimate. They estimated $2,000 for a job that wound up costing only $450 with my normal plumber!! Straight crooks! The job was to only replace a 2 ft pipe that runs from the sink to the back of the commode. Please steer clear of these crooks! I would give a negative rating if I could!

Response to Mikestone: the plumbing company I use has licensed plumbers and they are background checked. They provide a 2 yr warranty and have the integrity to consider repair if over 2 yrs and the issue is relative to the initial work. That works better for me than the extortion you all offer. I only allowed your company to come out because the company I normally use had other jobs and could not cone until later that day or the next. However, when I spoke to my plumber over the phone and told him what I was experiencing, he told me exactly what the problem was (a hole in the copper pipe that runs from the back of the bathroom sink to the back of the commode). So I had an idea about how much labor/material would be needed. When your guys came out and quoted 2k I almost fell out my chair at work! I told my mother to kick yall out asap! 5 yr warranty and license does not account for that ridiculously high estimate. Aldo, my mother said your guy came in and out the house on several occasions advising that he had to go talk to his mgr about pricing! All tale tale signs of an extortionist company that people should steer clear of. Also, not sure where your $29.99 price came from...we were charged a fee of around $160 for your guy to come out.

Benny arrived on time and immediately presented himself as a competent professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my AC back up and running in under 30 minutes.
While Milestone may not be the least expensive AC (and electrical and plumbing) service company, their responsive service and expertise has proven them a great resource in home repair.

We had 5 toilets to replace. Jose and his helper were very professional, clean, and efficient, not to mention polite and pleasant. Thank you!!! We should be good for another 25 years!

Terrance arrived on time and did a very thorough job and his personality and attitude were exemplary! He is a very valuable employee of Milestone and the next time I need work done from Milestone I will request him.

Plumbing-Overall great service. Quick turnaround from yesterday’s initial call to service this morning. Jonathan arrived on time, assessed the issue, and diagnosed the root cause. He completed the repair efficiently and tested the system to confirm everything was working properly. He explained what was done in plain terms, answered our questions, and left the area clean. Great communication throughout—highly recommend for prompt, reliable plumbing service.

The technician was great. He knew what he was doing. He showed me what the problems were with the shower and then found a solution. It was quick service and I didn’t have to deal with any headaches. It’s great service and it’s great to be a part of the advantage program that they offer. I also had a second service same day with electrical and both technicians we’re great installing an outlet outside of the house and they were quick, the work was great and again I didn’t have to deal with the headache of doing it myself.

Jonathan Figueroa from Milestone replaced two exterior faucets (hose bibs). He was very respectful, professional and fast, and answered all my questions. The price was $850 set by the home office, which seemed high for sweating two faucets off, adding a threaded fitting for each pipe and adding two new faucets. But, the old faucet was leaking and I needed it done so was happy that in 30min it was all done. Jonathan was great.

Austin did a great job for us. They notified us when they were on their way, which was helpful. They showed up within the timeframe given when the appointment was made. He was quick and efficient and honest. Highly recommend. This was a great company!

Zane came and did my ac maintenance today. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I have always had exceptional customer service from Milestone. Thank you !! And a special thanks to Zane for taking the time to listen and talk.

Professional Master Plumber helped me out. Very good explaining everything to me. Processed the transaction to be installed today. Had a Master Electrician on the job site the same day. Very good turnaround time. Job was completed in agreed time. Explained maintenance required of homeowner. I rate the job a 5+. Keep up the professional work.
