I really like this company. AVAL Air Conditioning and Heating did such a great job—super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The techs took the time to walk me through everything while they were here, which I really appreciated. And then afterward, I got a follow-up text letting me know what had been done at the house—above and beyond, especially since the techs had already explained it in person. That kind of care and communication is rare. I feel really confident in their work, and I’m planning to replace my entire AC system with them. So glad I found them!

I'm writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received from AVAL HVAC. I was dealing with a strong, toxic smell from my A/C vents that I couldn't get rid of on my own. When I reached out to AVAL, they were quick to respond, and an inspection was scheduled within two days.

I couldn't be happier with my new HVAC system! Aldo and his entire team provided outstanding customer service with high quality equipment all at a very fair and reasonable price. Everyone was very nice and super helpful! They replaced my unit and reconfigured/replaced all my air ducts in one day even with lots of rain. Upon completion, they showed me everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. Very hard working group, very professional and very kind. I highly recommend!!!

I discovered my heater wasn't working a day before the ice storm and a friend recommended Aval. I really appreciated the conversation I had with Aldo and him going over my options so I could make a quick decision. They showed up within an hour and fixed my heater at a very reasonable price.
