Gecko Green is pricey but worth every dime! My tech Franco has my yard looking right right. He is always on time, ask my concerns and then address them. I appreciate his service.

Just eerrggg!!! Killed my tree!!! Given it was recovering from the winter freeze. The chemicals put it more shock and stress and killed it. Still the tech aknowledges that it was alive and healthy before the treatment. But they won't replace the tree.
I give them 2 star because the office management comes through and rescues them after each mess up by their field staff. Killed my yard in the begining, still have dead spots. They won't fix em. Then killed my tree with the tree a shrub treatment that they gave complimentary ( I did not ask for it) to compensate for a contractor ( their former sales guy) referred by the sales guy that I hired for 5 jobs and after 7 weeks only did half of 1 job. Destroyed my side yards and back yard and got paid. Also bait and switch was also the issue.

I absolutely would not utilize this company to treat anything Green! I trusted them to provide their quarterly services for the safe upkeep of my front and backyard and am so upset that I did. I requested for the head Manager to come out and inspect the area. When he came he assured me that rabbits are the cause of the damage done to my grass and it was nothing that could be done. I cancelled services and requested the contact information for the owner. Of course they declined to provide the information. Nonetheless, stay away from this company at all cost.

We began using Gecko Green as a replacement for our previous lawn care service. This company turned our yard into a healthy green lawn. Ashton, in particular, is a very friendly and knowledgeable technician.

My technician Paul was in contact before coming which allowed me time to put my pet away. When I spoke to him after the service, he thoroughly explained the treatment and made sure I understood everything.

Used them for nearly 3 years. Started ok but the last year and a half was not good. Got nothing but excuses instead of weed control. Got sick of asking the techs to actually treat all the weeds not just 3 or 4 and leave. Yard was out of control this spring so got a new service. Used them 15 yrs ago when they were smaller and they were outstanding. No longer.

Bryan took time to explain exactly what he was applying to the lawn and how/when to water in. Also discussed best practice for first lawn cut of the year. Kudos Gecko!

I have been with Gecko Green for nearly 2 years. Shame on ME! My yard looks worse than when I started working with them. This spring, when the yards started to "wake up", my yard is covered in weeds. I spent money with them for 22 months and did not get what was promised. Honestly, I feel robbed. I paid for a service and that service was not provided. I called them a few months ago and their "expert" came out to look at the yard. They promise to come by if the customer is not satisfied. Several months later, this is what my yard looks like. Unfortunately, leaving a bad review is my only recourse.

After posting this, ops director reached out and made it right. Contacted me and heard me out. Came out to to inspect the damaged areas. Ultimately came back and dug out dead grass and replaced with new sod.

I’ve been a gecko green customer for over 2 years. Tech came out to fertilize my yard and dumped large amounts fertilizer in several places of my yard, burning and killing my grass.

I called customer service and they told me a manager would call to schedule a site visit. Didn’t hear from them for over a week until I reached back out. When I finally heard from a manager he told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to let it grow back. I told him I was going to cancel and he said “that was fine”.

We were so pleased with our lawn care from Gecko Green we added pest control and fired Orkin. Ryan, my tech Gecko tech, just left and I could not be more pleased with his professionalism and performance. If you're an Orkin customer, especially in Arlington/Mansfield, you should make a move to Gecko Green!

Have had this company for almost a year, until today. Got a notification yesterday that someone would be out to service the lawn.
Saw no one all day, and then I get another text wanting me to rate the person providing the service. I'm confused and call the company. They inform me that he was out here and spoke to me this morning. Not a chance. I informed them that I wanted to cancel the service due to this issue and was sent over to a quality control person who informed me that their people had body cameras. So I'm lying now about no one servicing the property?
Would not recommend.
