Good selection and friendly employees. At times they don't carry items in-store but they do have them online, this seems to be especially true regarding organic gardening items. And what's the deal with leaving the rolling ladders in the middle of the aisles?

Timberline provides comprehensive landscaping services for our 29 home HOA at a competitive price. They do good work and pay attention to the details. They respond quickly to our requests and aim to please. We recently had them design and do the installation of a major landscape renovation project on the property. The results were well beyond our expectations. Highly recommend them.

Great company

They did sod replacement on the side of the house and we paid them more than another bid. They created a drainage issue while there was none before. They are refusing to fix the issue. The sod quality is also poor and there are dead areas which they have been promising will self fill but no such luck. Wow!!! Great response full of lies and accusations!!! You know, we have nothing better to do in life than sabotage work done by you!!! There was no drainage issue before and you created it. You are such an expert, why did you take the job if you already could see the drainage issue. The drainage issue has just been fixed by us by putting some more sod where you refused to put it even though you had removed the old one. Good luck to you sir. Live with your guilty conscience.

Drivers for this company should not be on the road. Was nearly in a several car accident due to unsafe and aggressive driving. Specifically whoever they have driving the vehicle ending in 421J

I have a shattered car window now because of them, my apartment complex hangar19 uses them so far they’ve broken the gate multiple times and the other day I woke up to a giant crack in my window right after they had done the service after I parked next to the curb. No note was left. No responsibility taken just a pure, act of complete negligence.

Contact the apartment complex for next steps have not heard anything back. I’m sure they do fine with lawn care but if something goes wrong, expect them to do absolutely nothing I’m out 800 bucks for a window just because number one. They weren’t being careful when they were doing their work and number 2 they didn’t feel responsible enough to even leave a note or offer any sort of recourse.

I just wanted to give some praise to the team that works in the Grand Prairie Texas area. They were landscaping in my apartment complex and when I asked one of them to please not use the leaf blower in front of my apartment because they blow debris and dirt and leaves Onto my terrace, not only did he stop but he (name Dulay??) came back to clean my terrace area off. What a great team!

I’m just reviewing as a tenant at an apartment complex they service. I always wondered why our property was lacking seeings such a well equipped company was servicing the community. Today I found out, the property manager here is cheap. Everything they offered the manager that would make this place cohesive and functional because it wasn’t the cheapest avenue, he declined. A beautiful property isn’t cheap, but you want to attract high end tenants you need a company with an eye for detail and these men have it. They again are well equipped and know what they are doing. Just trust the process. The process isn’t always cheap when the property has been neglected for so long much like here, but in the long run it will become cheaper.

I've lived at my apartment for just under 2.5 years now and they have used Earthworks Landscaping for lawn care, since before I moved in. The actual lawn care they give is par at best. What the reason I came here is because of their leafblower guys. They have no sense of concern for where they blow everything. They constantly blow dirt and bush trimmings ONTO our patio. I've talked to the guys as well as the office at our apartment and I'll fix the issue for the next week only. After that they go back to not caring. This week I witnessed them blow broken glass from a busted window (just had a hail storm damage neighbors car) into the grass area by a pet station that is used for dogs. I had to get our office people to come talk to them and they just blew some (not even close to all) the glass back into the parking lot. That's not a good fix either. Save yourself the weekly head ache and use someone else for lawn care. I've voiced my opinion to change lawn care services with our apartment, and if I had the power I'd fire this crew immediately.

I woke this morning to the sound of chainsaws and looked out my window to see a crew of four literally butchering several live oak trees. They stripped them of all the branches they could reach and left a bit of green at the top. They were hired by The Hershel on Hershel to “trim”
and hold the accountable as well. Probably 15 trees in all. It literally makes me sick to my stomach every time I look out the window. Should be criminal!!!

Earthworks always takes the time to find the best solution for our landscaping needs. Tyler goes way above and beyond on all my extra projects!
