I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Romero was so friendly and professional. He offered to take some broken down boxes I had in my yard to the trash before they started and helped me put rocks around the fence after they finished to keep my escape artist dog from getting out. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to put in turf, etc.

The receptionist is a rude person, not educated, humiliates Ateva is a bad service, it was the worst experience I had in this place we must be kind people who do not have the capacity to attend to someone whether in Spanish or English. You should not work in that position, you must learn to be a good person and educated, especially educated.

Inconsiderate & uninformed work crew, using 3 loud leaf blowers & a riding machine( just running no one on it it's just running) at 7:50 in the morning in an apartment complex. No machine usage before 8am is City of Irving Guidelines but your crew is making all sorts of noise early on a winter morning, disrupting multiple families, everyone does not work in the morning hours. There is no need to be blowing leaves at 8am & certainly not before, it's too early & weather is not extremely hot, where workers have to beat the heat of the day. Use better discretion, judgement and common sense. It would also be appreciated if they use a lower mode on the leaf blower to reduce the sound.

Not nearly as big of a garden selection as other home depots. Convenient location, but out of all the times I’ve stopped by they never have what I’m looking for.

Great customer service!! I called in to see if they had a few odds and ends for my summer garden, and the gentlemen who answered the phone in the gardening department was very helpful! He let me know that they didn't carry the items I needed, but pointed me towards a nursery nearby that did! Thanks!

Had a great exp today at Home Depot garden center at the Irving Blvd location. I needed to pick up 25 bags of rocks. Jose assisted me with my questions and offered to assist for lifting them out of my truck so I didn't have to haul them myself. He was extremely helpful and along with Andres and Michaels help they forklifted to the truck and then loaded them on the bed for me as well. I sincerely appreciate their help and efforts!

I hate Home Depot for letting Statewide Remodeling prey on their customers. They roam the aisles acting like employees and then try to get you. Kick them out.
