I had a pipe leak/burst in my sprinkler system right before thanksgiving. Called RWD services and even though they were busy, they came out the same day. Mike was quick to detect the issue and got everything fixed within the next day. After they were done working, they cleaned up their work area and everything was good to go. They quoted me a reasonable price for the job and I will definitely recommend them for any future jobs.

Randy and his team replaced all of the old iron plumbing and moved it to my attic. They were timely with the work, great with their communication, and fair with their prices. The office staff were great about scheduling and helping with coordinating payments. Overall a great experience with an unfortunate plumbing situation. I have and will continue to recommend them to my neighbors.

I can not say how much we appreciate everyone at RWD Services. They went out of their way to make what was a horrible situation a good experience. Mike and Ryan are very knowledgeable, honest and hard working. The office staff is the most helpful and friendliest I think I have ever worked with anywhere. I will only use RWD for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

I had the pleasure of having Austin last week, came to my house to look into two issues. The first was a water leak outside of the house, which turned out to be a sprinkler box water leak. The second was a low-pressure water faucet. Austin quickly diagnosed the problems and found that the low-pressure issue was simply due to a clogged aerator, which he replaced for me.

For the sprinkler box water leak, Austin informed me that it was a job for a sprinkler technician and recommended that I get one to fix it. What impressed me the most was that he didn't charge me anything for his services, saying that changing an aerator was a very small task.

Austin's professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness were truly commendable. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable plumber. Thank you, Austin, for your exceptional service!

What a great find RWD was for us. We found we had a slab leak and our first worry was the expense, followed by the concern that repairing it would disturb the slab and value of our home. But we had 3 skilled and helpful young men come here and they fixed it in one day, at not anywhere near the costs we had figured. House looks great, problem over. I would recommend RWD Services to anyone.

Not only did they do an excellent job but they worked quickly and explained the process step by step. They were careful and cleaned up afterwards. I believe the charges are very reasonable. Over the course of several days they worked on our property to fix our slab leak. Randy worked with us to give fair pricing. Everyone on his team are on their feet to get everything done in timely manner, including paper work. They were also very patient to explain their scope of work when we had questions. Top notch service! Highly recommend! My entire sewer line needed to be replaced because I had cast iron pipes corroding under my house. I got multiple bids and interviewed multiple companies. I definitely made the right choice on this. They were incredibly efficient and clean! We were without water in my kitchen for about an hour maybe. And then they did one bathroom at a time so that we were never without a bathroom. The team that dug the trenches were incredibly fast and their work was the cleanest I have seen. They even scalped the grass to be able to salvage it after the work was completed. And when they filled in the holes, they placed the grass back on top and it is already rooting in.
The owner came out and walked through the entire project to make sure that it would be as efficient and the least amount of impact as possible before the work ever began.
The office staff communicated very well all the way through the project. Every single person from beginning to end…owner/office staff/plumbers/dig crew was helpful, thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and nice.

We've used RWD for several years and they are good people who do excellent work. Austin and Chase just rerouted our AC drain and I marvel at how expert and efficient they were. Can't recommend highly enough.

We used RWD to locate and fix a slab leak this summer. They were incredible! They were able to re route the plumbing through the attic, and saved us thousands of dollars. They were professional, prompt, courteous and reasonable. We had 2-3 other bids which were much higher.

Recently we had a water leak. We paid another plumbing company $1065 just to tell us it's a fresh water leak and to locate the leak. We were told it was a slab leak. I was given a quote to tunnel or jack hammer through the slab. I told them I didn't want to do either of those options but to reroute the line through the ceiling (this is how they do it on new builds). I wasn't given a quote for that so I began to shop around. Fast forward researching endlessly & getting quotes. I decided to go with RWD after Chase came out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was giving me quotes for every option I asked for. When they came back to fix the slab leak, they discovered we actually did not have a slab leak at all!! Water was coming from elsewhere. So glad to have the actual problem solved and for their honesty. Brady and Carol, who answer ALL 100 of my calls, were so patient, kind and helpful. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond. Again, I can't say enough good things about them!!

I have never felt so good writing a check in this amount. Because I know I could have easily been taken for $15-20k by people who would jackhammer my slab to fix the leak(s). RWD Services was hired to replace and reroute my entire home drainage to get rid of the old cast iron pipes. Issues arose after foundation repairs (nightmares!). Randy and his crew were very knowledgeable and responded to my calls. The onsite crew were very attentive to keeping the inside of my home clean while they performed the necessary work. It took them a little longer than expected but I would rather that than a rushed job that wasn't right. I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend to others as well.

I called RWD after I accidentally popped the fill tank cap... you can imagine the catastrophe. Water everywhere!! I had been trying to tweek it for a week getting only temporary results. I wanted someone local & someone who could fit me in as soon as possible. They came out within 2 hours and had that part replaced & all working perfectly within 30 minutes and has been ever since. I received a water bill that was 3x times it normally is and went into panic mode. After calling a few plumbers, RWD was recommended to me by a neighbor and they came out the same day to figure out where the leak was coming from.
