I would leave a negative star if I could. They sent a tech out to look at a sink issue. Tech said someone would call to schedule service. Two weeks go by. No callback. Called them again. Said someone would call this morning and be out today. They called and said a technician called out and they once again would have to reschedule. DO NOT call this plumber! Unreliable, unresponsive, and poor customer service!

On-time, quick, knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Very satisfied with results! 3 services:
1). clogged bathroom drain (clogged was behind the wall)
2). Replace exterior hose bib (faucet)
3). Install new laundry room utility sink

Ron's Irving Plumbing has served us for more than a decade. We're pleased with their knowledge and service. Most recently we called to fix several sink stoppers. Within about an hour Jose arrived, analyzed the problems, searched for the right stoppers, and they all work fine. Several years ago Wayne helped us with an electric issue, and we were pleased.
