Worst plumber ever. They told my landlord the reason for my shower leak was due to me screwing the handle too tight and improperly installing my shower head. Called another plumber and he replaced the defective washers that was causing the leak.

Previous AC service company was trying to replace half my air conditioner. Bubba showed up, taped the plenum chamber, and saved me a minimum of $800 on the job. Other guys were pitching a new system.

They were recommended by the previous homeowner. I had a leak and didn't know where it was coming from and they were able figure out it was a simple repair then took care of the issue and didn't take advantage of me.

Terrible service! Bait and switch!

They quoted me $2500 then $99/ hr the second day saying they need to tear up the concrete to get to a pipe. I paid the $2500 up front so they could start the work. When they got there, they went through the wall to fix the problem. I asked questions and all they have is silence. They won’t evem respond to me. Don’t trust them.

Price was much cheaper than other quotes I had received. Also, more that any of the other technicians, it was obvious within minutes that this guy knew what he was talking about and had plenty of experience. Will probably use them for other projects in the future.

Ron personally came out to service my parents bathtub. The hot water handle had broken causing water to spray everywhere, my parents had to turn the hot water off at the water heater. They were having to go without hot water as their landlord does not like to fix anything. Both of my parents are on disability and my father has stage 4 cancer, this has made finances very tight for them. After explaining the situation to Ron he fixed the issue and worked with us on the cost. He was truly a blessing to my family. Thank you all so much.

Ronnie Fritts repaired leaky gas shutoffs to the stove and heater. He was fantastic! He set our expectations appropriately about the possibility of permits being required before gas was restored. He went above and beyond by assisting with getting the gas company to turn on the gas. He executed his work efficiently and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ron's Plumbing.

I absolutely loved Ron’s Irving Service, and I’m extremely flabbergasted at a few of the reviews left. If you want the best prices and amazing quality, ASK FOR BUBBA Ervin!!! He saved me hundred of dollars and is definitely looking at the best genuine price for all his costumers!

I just want to say in the past we had zero issues w Ron's plumbing. However, recently I called them since I needed a pipe replaced. I did not hesitate because my dad also used them for many years. A plumber shows up and tells me that he will have to come back the next day because they need 2 plumbers to enter a pier and beam house. I agreed and the next day was told he called in sick and would have to cancel. This carries over the weekend then was told for sure the plumber would be there on Monday. Was a no show and did not bother to even call me to let me know and as far as I knew they were on the way. I did receive a call later that day from Buddy ( I believed he said this was his name ) SO he apologizes for the lack of communication and dropping the ball and assures me that if I continue as a customer he will make sure I get a price break. I agreed and they did show up the next day. While the work was being performed I wanted to find out how much they would be discounting the work for all the no shows etc. I was told 400 which I felt was fair and likely was the discounted price. However, once the work was completed I was presented with a bill for 750 and when I questioned one of the plumbers why he said 400 but billed 750 he said honestly he wasn't sure why I was quoted 400 and over billed 750.( since he also heard this conversation) I did call the company today because I had another plumbing issue and questioned why I was charged so much and it did not seem to go anywhere and so I called another plumber to take care of future plumbing needs.

Wayne was quick and did a great job! He fixed the valve/pipe and then went the extra mile and connected my new washer! Grateful.
