Darryl and Mike were there ARS plumbers who came to address our issue. They were fabulous. They were friendly, fair, and very helpful. The problem was quickly identified— and they included me, showing me the issues. A temporary solution restored functionality to our only bathroom. The repairs that were necessary to fix and fully resolve the problem were explained — and they took the time to show me the camera view in real time. Ultimately, they provided me with a repair cost that was both reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend ARS and their plumbers, Darryl and Mike.

Jeremy was great! He was very detail about HVAC System in my home. I will definitely be using Lowe's to replace my system when the time comes.

Availed the 8.88$ Home Depot offer for HVAC check and maintenance. Mr. Sheldon Richardson from ARS has been great , he did an inspection and also educated us on how to maintain the HVAC system and shared his knowledge on the systems. Very informative and professional. Will be booking another appointment for AC check up next year during summer time. 100% recommended

Asked for a Ac tune up to provide the buyer of my home. Technician couldn’t find the furnace and put his foot through the ceiling. He left saying a repair company would call asap to fix drywall and I’d get a receipt for the tuneup via email. Didn't get either one. Called twice for a supervisor and got no call back. Avoid at all costs. Feeling scammed. If they remedy this quickly, I’ll change my rating.

Although it did take them longer to arrive at my home to install a new water heater once the 2 techs arrived they were awesome. Cleaned up, explained necessary details & upkeep to me. The 2 techs were especially knowledgeable, thorough & nice.

We were very pleased with the technicians that installed our water heater, both Jose Luna and Vito Barrios were very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. I would definitely use and recommend them for all of your plumbing projects. There was issues with the water heater that was brought to replace our damaged one and without hesitation they removed the defected unit and went above and beyond the call of duty to have it replaced and had us running with hot water. They truly are an asset to the company! It’s good to see that companies still have great customer service, and for that I would recommend them again and again.

I will like to show my sincere appreciation to the team of ARS/Rescue. The company installed my entire HVAC system. And every time I called them back for any issues immediately they came back to fix it. Aj was at my house to troubleshoot the system, he was very patient and professional. He promised to come back the following day to fix the issue and He came back. Am so happy for the service I received. I will highly recommend this company, because they kept their promises. Looking forward to working with you guys on other properties. Thank you all again.

Michael Carranza was amazing. From calling to inquire about availability to when he was at my door ready to assist with the drain services was less than 45 minutes on a Sunday! A+ service, he was super kind and informative of the process, very clear on any questions I had and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Amazing attitude and even better service. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services, will definitely be a repeat customer if ever needed.

The repair of my line was done according to scope. There were issues with the pricing of the repair that required me due a refund. Evelyn Pinkston, worked with me the entire time until the refund was processed, and I received the check. Thanks for the continued communication, and customer service.

Mr Bruce Andrik did a very thorough check in all our rooms to make sure that we were getting both cold air and heat. He took time to check all the air vents and found one that was close. That's why we weren't getting cold nor hot air in that room. He answered all my questions, and explained everything very clearly. He. Is a great HVAC technician. Very professional and respectful. All 3 of the plumbers were friendly,helpful,& professional, especially the last 2 who actually did the work. They seemed very thorough in their endeavors. The only down side was the very long waits; there seem to be miscalculation s in the office. What is the final appointment about? No word on that. Please call from phone number on record. Thank you.

Nick was great. Took close to an hour from inspection to completion of the work once he found the problem. This is a brand new house and turns out there was a construction nail in the piping that caused our main shower drain to clog and fill up with water rapidly. I appreciate the knowledge and they offered 2 price points based on warranty timelines and recommended the cheaper option which is what we did based on the age of the house. Would recommend Nick again and would call Roto Rooter back if necessary for any other issues that may arise.

ARS / DFW is my go to for my HVAC tune-ups. They’re prompt, reliable and trustworthy. I had my systems serviced yesterday (2/17/2026) and the technician - Cody - was awesome. This company’s staff are well trained, patient and knowledgeable.

Paul and Saul were great! They were very prompt and efficient. Every question, I had was answered. They made sure I understood how everything worked. This is the best duo. They cleaned up everything just the way it was before they came. I’m truly happy with the installation of my new ac system. There is still the electrician left and ARS insulation team to come out. I will see how they do. But for Paul and Saul these are the two you want for the job.

Both bathroom toilets were backed up including the primary bedroom shower. They were quick to respond and were here within a couple hours. Nick and Will were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They put a pretty stressful experience at ease for me. Will recommend to all of my homeowner friends and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!

The overall experience was great. They came out the next day to do the project, which happened to be on a Sunday! Jose did a great job. Although, there was a point where he needed help maneuvering the waterheater into the attic space through a bedroom closet. Otherwise, the experience was awesome, especially since I didn't have to do it myself!

First class service. Cameron got me the right deal. Paul and Saul worked very hard getting the new system in, which is much more powerful than last. Marcus expertly tweaked a minor fix. And now I'm ready to face the Summer!

Service from this company was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. Unfortunately, we woke up to a leaking water heater on a Sunday. Other plumbers we reached out to were listed as 24/7 but no staff available to come out til the following day just to look. Also their fee to just show up was very expensive.
Rescue Rooter was able to get someone out to check the problem that same day for a reasonable fee. Communication with the kind scheduler and the assigned plumber James Neugin was great, timely and professional. James was a really nice guy who is very knowledgeable about his craft, what our problem was and what was needed to resolve the issue. He patiently took time to make sure we understood all our options of product and pricing. We felt comfortable trusting his recommendations which was helpful in making the right choices and decisions. We ended up needing a new water heater and we are extremely pleased with how efficient and thorough James was able to take care of the install the following morning. Thanks James for a job well done and we appreciate you incredible service:)

He took care of everything in a clear and transparent manner, no surprises. And he was just a nice dude, too!
