Roto-Rooters came out on a Thursday night after 9pm when none of the toilets or showers were usable and handled things very professionally and quickly got my home back to functioning.

The technician came out and identified the problem was with my water filter not being installed properly so the filter was bad and that caused the low pressure to my house. I really appreciate the effort that was put into identifying the problem and solving it for me. I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber

We had water backing up into the house and Steven came out quickly to assess the problem. He determined the main line was clogged and cleared the line very quickly. He was very professional and courteous. We are very satisfied with the results of his work.

Had an emergency late Saturday night and our technician Juan was there within 30 mins. He was able to fix our issue in less than an hour and made sure all water was running properly before leaving.

Toilet kept clogging after 2 previous visits.We felt like we needed a new toilet, Drew checked out our old toilet and could find no reason for the blockage.He looked down the hole and ran watter and did not see damage to pipe.We decided to go ahead and replace toilet and technician did a good job on installation and cleanup.We are very happy with the service provided by Drew and will call company again for any further needs.

I just want to say what commendable service by the technician Juan and very knowledgeable in his trade. Thankful for him coming out late in the night when I needed help in my first ever home. Tech was professional, kind, and gave me advice on misuse of my garbage disposal to avoid issue from Happening again . He did a very thorough job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use Roto rooter again.

Roto-Rooter did an great job. They sent out a man named Juan who was super friendly and did a thorough job of clearing the clog we had in our kitchen sink. Ill definitely be contacting them next time I need a plumber

What started as a potential disaster (with new weekend guests just arriving) Berkley made it go away by solving our problem quickly and efficiently. I still can’t believe it turned out so well. We had an emergency plumbing issue at 6pm on a Sunday night...not only was the booking agent pleasant but the technician, Louis that came out, really gave it his all -- especially since it decided to pour rain when he arrived. He needed to come back the next morning and did so with extra help; Kevin. They both were very informative, patient and took extra care to make sure we got the remedy we needed. Thank you so much for helping us in this situation! It was our first time using Roto-Rooter and will will definitely be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Drew was very knowledgeable and patient. I told him I wanted to learn to be able to do a water heater flush myself and he took me through every step, and showed me how to handle every snag we came across. I appreciate that he went out of his way to do so.
