Do not use this company. Who shows up to a plumbing job in socks and sandals? He didn't even fix the issue that he was called him out for. He just took $864.00 of my mother's money and waisted everyone's time.

10 mins work charged $400. Still have issues with repairs.i dug line. Found the leak. Mark cut line and installed three connectors . i covered the repair. Later i realize water. Volume was cut in half. Can only use 1 toliet toliet at a time. No water avaiable for other service until tank refills.

My interaction with AJ's Plumbing was nothing short of disappointing. After finally managing to get through to them, they answered my call only to promptly hang up without any explanation or attempt to address my issue. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is simply unacceptable. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

I wouldn't recommend AJ's Plumbing to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service. It's clear that they have a long way to go in terms of improving their customer service skills and overall business practices. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Came out on a Sunday within a couple hours after my mother called me at 6am saying her bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor. Fast and easy!

I have not had good flow from my faucets in quite a while. John came within an hour of my call and promptly fixed the issue. It was disgraceful what came out of the pipe. And suit being a nasty job; they were extremely neat!!! Thanks so much for fantastic service!

If you like being run off the road with no vigilance and want to be told to pull over and fight about it, call these people. Don't call them if you need plumbing

Worst driver on the road. Will force you off the road just to make their turn. Litterally no regard for anyone's safety. I called to inform them of their driver. Turns out it was the owner. Don't make last minute decisions when driving. If you miss your turn then you need to drive until you can make a legal u-turn. Pay attention to road signs and learn to read them.

Called them at 8AM and someone was out to my house by about 9:30AM. They cleared a stubborn drain and did an excellent job fixing it. This was my first time to use them. I would highly recommend. Very reasonable prices and top notch service.

We had them out for a pressure test. Excellent service! The were professional, kind and fast! We are using them in the future for our plumbing needs. They also had the best price📢, so double win for us!

They arrived at the time they promised and completed the job professionally. But they are very $$$$ expensive. Expect a $60 trip charge just to show up on top of $95 an hour time charge. If the bill runs over a $1000 and you choose to pay by credit card then there will be a surcharge on that.
If that doesn't bother your pocket book then I highly recommend them. Plumbers for some reason, that I don't understand, are very expensive.

This company will be my 'go to' plumbing company from now on! I had a problem with my hot water heater and called my home warranty company who allocated another plumbing firm. Their technician failed to even open up the unit before coming to the wrong conclusion about what was wrong with it. Having been without hot water for 2 days I called S+T Plumbing as a local company for advice. Even though they were not able to come out the same day, they went above and beyond anything I have experienced before to help me sort the problem out. I now have hot water, and a very happy family! Thank you

MAKE SURE BEFORE TO ASK THEM FOR NOTHING
We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for "estimates " as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient!
My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate.
One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving. They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee.
I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

I have counted on S & T Plumbing for many years. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had them out several times both in Irving and Grand Prairie at my home and also at my work. I recommend them to any one looking for a plumber. They have been in business for over 40 years.

Great employees, very knowledgeable. We had a foundation issue and the plumber the foundation company sent out said they were going to have to break up concrete in the house to fix the problem. We called S & T to get a second opinion and they said we did not have a problem with water leaking under the house. So thankful we made that call!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.
