Daniel, the technician and his coworker got right on the job… Found the leak in no time and when it was all said and done, the leak on the side of the house was repaired in no time, and the price was very affordable! One year ago I was scammed on a plumbing job, and then I called out a “ legit” plumbing company, who I won’t name; And that ended up being a disaster. Totally different experience with AAA. They have a lifelong customer now with me!

The customer service from Jared and Tyler was excellent. Even though I initially reached out feeling frustrated (with Rinnai, not them), they were calm, patient, and very helpful in setting up my appointment and taking the time to talk things through with me.

Erick, the technician who inspected our tankless water heater, was equally professional and dedicated. He did everything within his ability to identify and address the issue, and clearly explained what he could and couldn’t do due to the procedures set by Rinnai. I truly appreciate his effort and honesty throughout the process.

That said, the problem I contacted them about only seems to have a temporary fix in place at the moment. While Erick followed Rinnai’s troubleshooting instructions perfectly, the underlying issue still doesn’t feel fully resolved. It seems that the limitation lies more with Rinnai’s technical service guidance than with the local service team itself.

The reason for losing one star is mainly because we don’t feel entirely satisfied or safe with the current fix, and we felt the inspection was somewhat expensive given the outcome. Overall, the local team from AAA Auger was fantastic, but Rinnai’s technical support policies appear to prioritize protecting the product over ensuring complete customer peace of mind.

AAA Auger Plumbing saved my day and my weekend. Fitted me in on same day I called (Saturday morning). Actually earlier than anticipated. No pressure, kept me posted on issues and steps to resolve it. I received great customer service at the time of my call to the tech arriving and finishing the job. Thanks to them, I’m enjoying my weekend.

Highly recommend AAA Auger for plumbing needs - these guys are awesome! I used them today for toilet change out and TIM did an outstanding job - professional, efficient and thorough. He left restroom looking good as new and even took time to review and discuss some additional plumbing concerns I had. The work was completed with care and integrity, and Tim honored his original quote, so there were no surprises or hidden fees. I had compared prices beforehand, and another company quoted significantly more. I’m very glad I chose Tim/AAA Auger.

Wow! AAA Auger is so professional. They sent Ramiro who was very thorough and informative. Our issue was a toilet not flushing. Additionally , the toilet was rocking and needed to be seated. He solved both problems quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

AAA Auger has been awesome to work with. We bought a home that had been flipped before the previous owner, and there have been issues galore. Having used other plumbers in the area, they often didn't catch the issues or weren't able to make a full repair.

AAA Auger has been out to our house probably 5 or 6 times now, and each time they've done excellent work in a timely manner for a good price. They show loyalty to their customers, and when our pipe broke the first day during this past freeze, they did everything they could to get someone out to us as soon as possible.

AAA Auger has been our go-to plumbing company for many years and we are still high on their responsiveness and quality service. They are fair and knowledgeable and do the work right. It takes several good experiences to gain this level of trust. We're lucky to have them available. Today's service by Tim McGrady was fantastic, easing our concerns about an outside spigot and cutoff valve that had broken. With the impending winter weather and hard freeze, we were very concerned but AAA Auger and Tim put us at ease. It took a morning online request, a call just a few minutes later and Tim was on his way. By early afternoon, it was all done. Thanks Tim and AAA Auger!

i called AAA Auger, and explained to the gentleman in the office that I had 2 other plumbers come and I could give pictures and a smoke test video. He said they would take the information I had and do a visual and give me a free inspection and give me an estimate. The guy came out, told me it would be $437 for his visual, he would dig around under the house a little and look everything over really good. I was already in my feeling with my sewer pipes issues , so not really thinking it through, I allowed the inspection. In hind sights I should have sent him back, because I was mislead.
I’m glad I didn’t use them, What else would they have mislead me on.,….
AAA Augers guy pretty much found the same issue the other plumbers found. But AAA Auger quoted me an extremely higher price!!
I decide to call one more company, with years of experience, who actually honored their free estimate. They were in the same price range as the first 2 Companies.
I did Not trust AAA Auger, so I did not use them…

This company was hired for a commercial plumbing issue, they left us in worse shape than when we started and essentially bailed on the job.

Place is amazing! People are nice and very knowledgeable, in all areas of plumbing. They can do it all.

If you’d like to lose your time, it’s good choice. I’ve been waiting for them for several weeks, and they never call me back even operator told me to call back soon. Do NOT believe their appointment, they won’t come.
