David was able to resolve the issue, which took several passes with the auger to clear. He was courteous and professional and he took the time to do the job right. I've been using the same "mainstream" plumber for years, but when a weekend project went sideways, they wanted to charge me $300 up front just to show up, simply because it was a Saturday at 4pm. AAA Auger has a website where I can describe in detail what my plumbing challenges are, and they were willing to visit my home ON A WEEKEND to assess the situation FOR FREE, and give me a quote. The Auger rep showed up within the 45 minute window he texted me. He quickly figured out what he needed to do, was in & out in about an hour, friendly, professional, made me feel at ease. Best part was when he totally stayed within the amount he quoted me before he got to work. I'm definitely making AAA my go-to plumber from now on, whether it's an emergency or not. We were looking at upgrading our water heater to a tankless option but some uncertainty existed. After discussing with several providers, AAA Auger sent their field supervisor, and licensed master plumber, Jon to review the site and provide options. Jon rook the time to understand our current situation, our goals, and needs. Jon advised on the modifications that would be required to upgrade to a tankless in an older home. His experience illuminated the challenges, and he was a quick study, making short work of evaluating the feasibility of the tankless option. One of the challenges was do we have sufficient gas, and how to get the water upstairs and tie two separate water systems together. The complex layout jas presented challenges in the past leaving contractors reluctant to take the modification route . Climbing into the attic at various points he was able to visualize a solution and then demonstrate to me how this could be done. He provided the costs for the tanked option to compare with the upgrade, and made it clear they could provide either option and provided quotes. His approach and knowledge inspired confidence and the desired tankless option was approved. Requirements were communicated and a date was set. Jon seet expectations noting that with the upgrades it would be a full days work. On the aet day Jon showed up on time with his crew and the required equipment and materials. As with any job, once you het below the surface, unexpected challenges arise and Jon alert me to these, proposed solutions and the work did not miss a beat. Finishing ahead of schedule on a hot day, Jon proceeded to take time to patiently instruct me on the new products operation and set up, things to be aware of, as well as maintenance. His crew was professional, laid down tarps to protect the floor, and cleaned up afterwards with no surprises. He kept to his original quoted price, and made himself available for any future questions. Info on Warranties, and rebates provided and discussed. Lastly, Jon noted they would take care of the manufacturer warranty filing and follow up with the city for inspections. Jon clearly loves his work, the inherent challenges, as well as working with home owners. This along with his experience inspired confidence. I like that AAA Auger is family owned and operated, and I liked even more the outcome and experience of working with them. Thanks!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! The water faucet in my backyard was broken and needed to be replaced. I called late one afternoon and Daryl arrived the next morning by 8:30. He was friendly, fast and extremely efficient. This was the second time AAA Auger came to the rescue for me. Both times they provided professional service at a reasonable price. AAA Auger are great! I had a water emergency after usual hours and knew my problem could not wait until morning. First my shower began to back up and I knew it wasn’t a simple drain clog. All kinds of debris like clay and dirty oily water was rising. Then the toilet started flooding the floor and it wasn’t from the seat but seeping out fast from the seal where the toilet is seated. I was quickly running out of towels, etc. To keep the water from reaching the walls, base trim, and carpet. I Googled after hour plumbers and saw AAA Auger. I liked what I saw immediately. No after hour charge for after hours and available 365 days/year. I called and in a panic explained my situation. Within an hour there was a service person pulling up. The problem was quickly solved and resolved. I even got a little stuffed AAA Auger ma to remind me of their service. And the price was amazingly inexpensive. I’ve had after hour plumbing problems in the past that cost much more and were less work. AAA Auger is my new plumbing service provider. I know I can trust them and so can you!

As always, these guys knock it out of the park. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the options available to me to address the issue. I will continue to call AAA Auger every time I have a plumbing problem.

Eric and Eugene were exceptional. They both were very professional and knowledgeable with putting my house back together after I had my floors redone. They reinstalled 2 toilets, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Clean very careful and fast. Thank you

We called 2 plumbers to fix the leak under our kitchen sink and they never even returned our calls. Desperate, AAA Auger was the 3rd place we called. They sent out Eugene within 45 minutes! He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. The estimate he gave us in advance was the price we paid when he was finished. If we have plumbing problems in the future, we will definitely call AAA Auger again.

This is the third time we have used AAA Auger and they are always professional and reliable. They have decent warranties for all of their work but thankfully we have never needed them to return to fix the same issue. The cost of their labor is competitive. Overall highly recommend AAA Auger.

David from AAA-Auger arrived on short notice because of an emergency with a couple of toilets that required work due to arriving guests. He was very personable, knowledgeable, checked out the situation and provided estimates to potential costs. He diagnosed the problem correctly and tried the simplest approach first - which worked!
