I am in this store on an almost daily basis and that is due to the service and dedication of Kendra she is extremely helpful and always working hard and I appreciate that kind of work ethic.

Was told by lady who answered phone if I brought my existing faucet handle, even though I wasn't sure of the brand, someone there could help me. Drove out of my way only to find out the people that worked there were not very helpful or knowledgeable. Plus, very limited supply of sink and faucet parts.

By far this is the best Ferguson location in DFW!
Jacquad, Dave and Joel know how to answer all your questions and can track down just about anything you could need. I can't count how many times they have saved this plumbers day!!

My go to plumbing supply for about 10 years now. The staff is top notch. Always helpful and very knowledgeable about stock and specialty ordering. They are expanding to the space next door and I am excited to see what they do with much needed extra room.

SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing part"we dont carry that"
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told "Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!"

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system" and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

If you need something, and they don’t have it. They can get it for you. If you’re a plumber, I would not recommend calling into the counter sales. Your order will always be missing parts, or have the wrong part. It sucks they won’t let you call the individual locations, but you can text them.

This place is worried more about money the customer service. I was told one price then when I arrived the price went for $50 cheaper to $50 more!!!! This place is a joke!!!!!

Kendra save the Day. I got into Ferguson right before closing. She took the time to help me find the items that I desperately needed. Even make sure I got my invoice as I was too much in a rush. Your staff is great at this location. Thank you for the assist always. 👍👍

I can never find a damn thing in there it's better to Go Home Depot they're way too expensive and they don't have to shit you need and when they do have it it's at another store

I had a great experience with AAA Auger plumbing. They had quick availability and resolved my issue in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful and our technician, Tim, was wonderful. I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs.

Tim and Angel were great. Very patient and knowledgeable. Stuck around way after quoted time to find our sewer leak and make things right. Will be calling Tim and Angel next time there is a plumbing need.

We had three plumbing issues. We considered one critical. AAA Auger were able to send somebody out the same day to assess our needs (I called on a Friday afternoon).

David, the Plumber, assessed the situation and due to the late hour was not able to start the job until the Saturday morning. He arrived early and completed the three issues by 11 AM. The main issue was exactly what he suspected. David did a good job explaining to us what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed.

Part of the job included cutting out the external cement wallboard to get to a fitting. He did an excellent job - the wallboard planking is salvageable. He inspected for water damage within the wall, and fortunately there was none.

David took great care cleaning up and returning planters to the correct spot. We weren’t expecting the planters to be returned to their spots. 👍

AAA Auger was recommended by two friends. This is our second time using them and we would use them again.

I would recommend their service. Showed up on time. No negotiating. No overselling. No service fee or extra charge for showing up on Saturday. Isreal was very helpful. Fix my drain issue and I was back to my Saturday afternoon. Thank you!

The plumber who came to my home was very helpful and professional, and quickly repaired a broken pipe caused by rodents, chewing through a joint.
I will certainly continue working with this company

Needed to have a gas off valve replaced in order to install a new gas range. Called AAA Auger and they sent Tim out that same afternoon. He did a great job replacing the valve and installing the range. Thanks Tim!

The techs did an amazing job installing the vent system from the water heater, up through the 2nd story attic, and out the roof.
Techs were very professional & great to work with. They took the time to walk me through & show me everything they installed….thank you so much for getting my tankless water heater properly installed & hot water up & running!

Great service! My company had a clog in the main line and allow our bathrooms were down. They had a technician out within an hour and he resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Juan was an excellent technician and the price for the services was fair. Definitely recommend!
