Austin, Carson and Eli arrived on time and quickly went to work identifying the leaks and taking the necessary steps to fix them. Work was done efficiently, they answered my questions, communicated what was going on and how they were fixing it. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues and will call them again when I need plumbing work done. Carol in the office was a sweetheart as well!

Mr Deweese and his company, RWD Services, repaired a cracked sewer pipe that drained from my house to the municipal system. Although his is a small business which doesn't have the marketing panache of many competitors, his service also was significantly less expensive than what others quoted; and - most importantly - the repair was done well and very quickly - with virtually no disruption of our home. I was very pleased.

RWD Services did a fantastic job from my initial call to their office through to the completion of the plumbing work. The office team answered questions, scheduled us for their earliest date, and moved us to an earlier date when they had an opening.
The on-site repair team answered our questions, quickly diagnosed our issue, performed the work faster than we anticipated, and left the work area clean. Everyone - in the office and on-site - was friendly and professional. Thank you RWD Services Team!

When we discovered the warm kitchen floor was 90 degrees, we knew we had a problem. A excellent plumber we met during a water heater leak was the first I texted Sunday. In 30 minute he called back and said he did not do this but referred me to RWD. My husband had just left town (yeah..). I called Sunday and Austin, Chase, and Eli came out the next morning. Austin really worked hard to figure out the best way to replumb the hot water line back 80 feet to the primary bathroom. He feared 7-15 sheet rock cuts in the ceiling and eventually decided it was best to route it outside the house, tunnel under the porch step and go to the primary bathroom by that way. He also said it was direct vs turning on right angles as the plumbing went through upstairs. I appreciated his logic; he explained everything and the next day, many persons came out, tunneled 1 foot deep and once in the bathroom, 7 feet to the major hook on. They did that without breaking any sprinkler system or exterior lighting wires!! They replaced the soil so you cannot tell it even happened. I was impressed with their skill, courtesy and professionalism. I had never experienced any slab leak and later heard horror stories. This was a piece of cake! Many thanks, Austin, Chase, and Eli

RWD Services was recommended to me by my longtime plumber when he was not available. We’ve used RWD Services twice for clogged drains/toliets. They usually come the same day and are quick and reasonably priced. The lady who answers the phone and the technicians who have come out both times are very nice to work with. I’m glad I’ve found them.

RDW Plumbing is great. I have used them for multiple sewer leaks and recently had a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. I called them first thing in the morning and they arranged somebody to be out that afternoon. They stand behind their work and go the extra mile. I never thought I’d be raving about a plumbing company but here we are! My husband and I have had the best experience with RWD. They had the best prices in the area and their customer service went above and beyond. The communication is top tier- Kaya and Carol were always available via text, email, or phone call to answer any of our questions or to provide updates. I had a water valve rust out on me at my RV garage. I called RWD and they were able to send a plumber out to identify the type of valve, size of pipe, etc. The next day the came out and replaced the valve. They cleaned up at the repair site. They were prompt. Their people were courteous, friendly, and professional. I do highly recommend them.

I recently had RWD Services replace the water lines to my kitchen island due to a leaky hot water line underneath the slab. The technicians located the leaking line, replaced the lines with PEX, rerouted lines through the attic, dug a trench from the nearest wall to the kitchen island, ran PEXs lines and made the final connections. From the initial consultation to the final touches, both the office staff and the technicians displayed a high level of professionalism and thoroughness.

The technicians were punctual, respectful, and highly skilled, taking time to explain the entire process to me. The trenching area was kept to a small space and there was a minimal disruption to our daily routine. They ensured that everything was done to code, lines were properly insulated, and the drywall cuts were kept to a minimum.

The work area was left clean and tidy, the dust from the trenching activity and the drywall repairs were minimal.

I was impressed and pleased with RWD Services' work and recommend them for plumbing needs.

I had reached out to several plumbing companies in the area but as soon as Carol (office manager) and Brady answered the phones and listened to my concerns I knew I was in good hands. They assured me the owner of RWD always wants to take care of his customers and they kept their word as they treated me like family from the beginning to the end - RWD dispatched Les and Larry out to my home who were on top of their game. They were definitely experts in their craft as they quickly assessed the issue and were transparent and communicative every step of the way. It honestly didn't feel like a business to me as they gave off a family vibe of just an extended family who came out to take care of their own and that's really rare in these times. They will definitely be on my speed dial if and when we need them again. 5 stars all the way!

RWD did a great job with my house! I needed all of the water and sewer lines replaced. They dug tunnels and worked hard to get my house back in order quickly. They communicated regularly and clearly about their progress, what challenges they encountered along the way, and about what was working at the end of every day. All in all, great experience. A job like this isn’t cheap, so going with an experienced and professional company like RWD is smart. Also, I was impressed to see that when they were done the replanted some of the plants they had to remove to dig. They didn’t have to do that, and it showed me they went the extra mile, trying to intrude as little as possible and return my house close to how it was before.

RWD Services did an excellent job replacing my old, rusted shut off valve and main water line when I had a leak. Great crew, especially Mike and Les. They sure know what they are doing. Wonderful communication, efficient, very reasonably priced. I am so happy my neighbor referred them and have already referred them to another neighbor that can’t access her shut off valve. I won’t hesitate to use them again.
