What a joke this place is. I’m really perturbed that I have to give it one star in order to give it a review. I called and somebody picked up the phone to get it to quit ringing and set it down where I could hear the ambient noise. I thought, “well it doesn’t sound busy but maybe they are and it was an accident.” So I drove up there to find two kids (a guy and a girl) sitting at the desk talking with not a soul in sight. When I walked up he looked at me like I was interrupting his conversation and that he wasn’t very pleased about it.Well, he won’t have to worry about me because I will never get anywhere near the inside of that store again..

Complete joke, zero help. 15% restocking fee for the item that was not even opened. Did not even gave me option to replace with the right item. (Gas and Electric heater swap). Anything you question, they question back at you and expect you to know everything out of your field. Never doing business again

I’m glad I stopped at Apex Supply. Salvador helped me figure out what connections I needed for a portable sink setup. He took the time to help me figure out solutions and I very much appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Now I have been a customer in the past, and got excellent help. Seem since then they may have newer employees that seem to have very little knowledge of plumbing. Then again staff seemed to have good knowledge of parts and even called the manufacturer to see if part was covered under warranty. I may not have purchased my part with Apex this time due to certain circumstances but I will not count them out.
In addition I spoke to Customer rep and CEO and they assured me that they would rectify any issue that I had uncounted.
