This company is a absolute keeper. Joe is fast and very honest. This guy will show you step by step on what he is doing and will also show you what your not doing. I showed me the neglect I was doing by changing the air filter once monthly with the pets I have. Also showed me how to properly spray the unit outside. Our AC went out and the unit is 29 years old, I called and they were out very quickly and had it fixed. The next week my wife and I were talking that maybe we should go ahead and replace our unit. Once again they were quick to respond and had a very fair price. My neighbor is now calling them to when he needs repairs. I received number from Benny Williamson. I was very pleased with kindness over the phone when I called. Joe was also very knowledgeable in figuring out the problem. He had to leave to go get the part. He thoroughly checked it out before he left. He told me to let it heat longer than the preheat light (15-20 minutes).I will keep your number for future use and refer you to anyone needing service.

My compressor went out. A tech came out charged me almost $100 and did not fix the problem. I didn't need him to tell me my compressor was bad, I knew that! I needed it fixed. He told me after all was said and nothing was done that he didn't do compressors! If he didn't do compressors, why did he even come to my house? BEWARE!!! Ask first if he can fix your problem before he comes to your house!
