These days in any business, “Customer Service is King.” Milestone gets it. At the same time, comprehensive product knowledge is equally as important. Today, Milestone and their service technician, Austin Arredondo surpassed all of my expectations. Good on them!

I had informed the sales representative with Milestone that I may cancel the appointment because I was still calling other companies for estimates/quotes, she assured me that there would be no charge. Wit in a couple of hours I replied to her appointment email sharing that I would have to cancel since we already had someone out for service on a regular service call (not emergency and no higher rate).

Although I cancelled the appoint, the technician arrived at the original scheduled time. Will Menzies was very polite and courteous as I greeted him. Even after I apologized and explained that I had canceled, he continued to be polite and friendly. He was very genuine in helping me not to worry and feel bad for the cancellation. Will even stayed to answer some of my questions about the issues we had with our AC. Will is definitely knowledgeable and experienced, he takes pride in his profession.

I am keeping his business card in case we encounter AC issues in the future.

As usual. the technician Rolando Mojica was very courteous and professional. He explained several things to me in a way I could understand. It was a pleasure meeting him.

Replaced a damaged outlet. Explained Advantage Program. Polite. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient.

My HVAC was Luis He was very professional knowledgeable of what was going on and what needed to be done. Kept me well Informed of what he was doing and what needed to do in the future. He also scheduled my next appointment with who would be able to replace what needed to be replace. He was very polite and honest awesome service.

Alex from Milestone came to do an electrical inspection of the home. Most everything was good, but three of the smoke detectors weren’t operational anymore. They were over ten years old. He took his time and explained the options and supplied us with a quote. He was very knowledgeable.

I was really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of our technician, Chris. He explained everything very well before, during and after the diagnosis and repairs were made. And the fees were fair. I'm a satisfied new customer.

Our electrician was Stephen R. He has excellent customer service and went above and beyond. He was kind and was not finished until the job was 100% to our liking. We would happily have him service our home again. He serviced our 14ft high living room fan. He balanced, tightened the fixture/fan blades and brought the glass cover down to be cleaned. We noticed the glass piece was lop sided and he happily came back inside to fix it before he left. While he was working he would ask after different adjustments if we liked them or was able to see a change until it met our satisfaction.

Whole process was easy and simple! Both people I talked to at the company were helpful and super nice. Tyler can to provide service and fix our shower handle that had broken. He was great and walked me through the whole process. He made the whole thing so easy. We were worried because we talked to another plumber and he made it sound like a huge ordeal. Tyler took care of us and had the handle done in no time!

We had an electrical issue repaired by Jason Sanche. He was prompt, polite and explained things well. He was able to fix the issue right away. This is my first time using Milestone and I was impressed at how quickly they were able to respond.

Justyn is a pleasure! He’s been great at explaining every step of the process, patient with all my annoying questions & comments! He came out as a follow up on a job, he had done for us earlier. He was incredibly polite to help us identify the issue was not related to his previous work. Justyn immediately got us connected with an electrician to come deal with the new issue. I really appreciate his approach to customer service. I feel confident in his work & Milestone.

It was a really great experience! We worked with Nolan, Bryan and Shan on electrical inspection and repairs on a house we recently purchased. Each of them were thorough, efficient, friendly, and communicated well. We even got an alert when they were on the way, with a map and ETA so we could be ready when they arrived. Nolan made sure we were safe when we discovered some black smudges on outlets in our nursery. Bryan did a whole home inspection to confirm the findings of our inspector and even informed us of things the inspector didn't see, and went over the things we needed to resolve and options for how to tackle the project over time so we weren't dealing with everything all at once. Shan replaced some old GFCI outlets and corrected some safety hazards in other outlets. They also wore shoe covers when they came inside, which normally I wouldn't care about, but I really appreciated because we try to keep the nursery carpet clean for the baby to crawl on. We really appreciate they're time and work and would certainly recommend them.

Chris Hennig came to my house today for my bi-annual HVAC system maintenance. You can’t ask for better. He explains everything in a calm, polite and respectful manner. Being a Milestone Advantage member which I do pay monthly for, these maintenance visits are no charge and I also get an annual drain clean. All of the money I pay for the Advantage membership can go towards any major repair or upgrade I may need. This is a company you can trust with exceptional customer service if you can accept their higher price points. It is people like Chris that keep me loyal to Milestone.

My overall electrical chrckup. She was prompt, very knowledgeable and thorough. She was patient and between pictures and dialogue gave valuable info on my system needs. Very satisfied with her work.

We had such a great experience, using milestone plumbing. They were able to come see Us same day and got our issue fixed in the next day. They were quick and honest trustworthy people. they helped work with us on pricing and worked around our schedule. Zach and Dwayne were who we worked with and they were such wonderful people. I’m definitely going to be using milestone again in the future.

Jonathan did an outstanding job at my home. He quickly located the leaks, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issues with real attention to detail. Grant came out to do an electrical safety inspection and found that my smoke alarms were very outdated and beginning to fail. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained my best options without pressuring me . After I decided to have them replaced, he went to a lot of trouble to find the right replacements and installed them the same day. I was very satisfied with his work and would request him by name in the future.

Billy came out today to do a system check and was able to fix a minor issue we didn’t realize we had on the spot. He gave us some tips on maintaining our system between checks.
Milestone isn’t the cheapest, but they are responsive and knowledgeable!
