Mr. Ash was great to work through the process of getting my roof replaced and dealing with my insurance company. If he wasn’t involved, I’m not sure we would have gotten coverage for it from the adjuster. If you want integrity, good qualities of shingles

Our representative, Ash, and his team were incredibly close to us throughout the entire process. They possessed exceptional knowledge about the insurance claim process and the construction restoration itself.

They replaced our roof with up-to-date materials that met the national construction code, obtained the necessary permit, replaced our gutters, and performed interior repairs to the walls and ceilings caused by the roof leaks. They even power washed and stained our fence, replaced the damaged window screens from the storm, and ensured that the cleanup, quality control, and follow-up were impeccable beyond our expectations.

Initially, we had been denied by our insurance company twice and had four different contractors who couldn’t help us. We were referred to 911 Exteriors and Mr. Abraham by a friend in our church. He explained their streamlined process, which even involves lawyers, to help maximize the claim. Sure enough, after a few months of negotiation, Ash and his team successfully won the case.

Once the approval came through, they wasted no time starting the work. Despite the wait with the insurance, I’m so glad we trusted their expertise. The team worked efficiently over the weekend, paying close attention to every detail—even improving the poorly aligned decking underneath. The finished roof looks fantastic, and their cleanup afterward was spotless.

I had my roof replaced due to hail damage, and 911 Exteriors Roofing and Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. Fernando, the project manager was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. He guided me through the entire process — from filing the insurance claim to completing the roof replacement. Another roofer told me my roof was fine, but 911 Exteriors helped get my claim smoothly approved. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were outstanding. Highly recommend!

My insurance company gave me a hard time and denied my storm damage claim for my roof and other items, you can imagine the frustration as a homeowner. I don’t have the means to fight Insurance company nor experience how I do that. 911 Exteriors demonstrated impeccable experience, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship they have from the get-go explained the process they went through attention to detail reports assist with the props and experts. At the end my claim was reversed for full approval. The crews were very professional and experienced. The quality of the materials and their work were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Clean, big, nice selection of maples trees and great sales indoors. Staff was a little less than friendly. Spent about $200 here then after this we went to North Haven Nursery and it was so warm and welcoming with a much bigger variety of items in bloom.

Going to Green Acres Nursery was such an amazing experience. The customer service was amazing, and the staff is very knowledgeable on gardening and houseplants. I've never been to a nursery that carried so many rare and unique plants that were amazingly affordable. I also took a plant potting class that was so much fun. The location was perfect. There's plenty of parking and plants to go around. The biggest bonus to my experience was how well the plants were kept and maintained. I purchased 4 houseplants that were vibrant, healthy, had new grown, and no bugs! I am a happy plant mom, and I can't wait to also visit the Melissa, TX location. Amazing! Green Acres is my new, happy place. 10 out of 10 I 100% recommend.

Boy, this place is a hidden gem! I will drive past other garden centers to get here. If you haven’t been here, you definitely need to give it a try.

I love this nursery. It's a destination for me. I can spend HOURS wandering the expanse of it. It's so clean and inviting. I love the variety of plants, and the accessories, as well. I can always find what I'm looking for.

I've had good luck with the plants I've purchased there. No, the prices aren't the lowest, but I have found them to be fair.

Some of the people who work there are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a couple of weird experiences (One time, I asked someone working in the flower area if they had a particular flower in stock and she told me to call the store on the phone and ask.), but in general, I love it!!!

They have a flower guy named Blaze (Blaise?) who is so nice and knows his stuff. He's genuinely excited for people to have gorgeous gardens.

I took my mom there when she was visiting, and she said it was like its own destination you'd see on Trip Advisor or something because it was that fun.

By far the nicest nurseries in town. I love going to local nurseries but I find so many beautiful plants here at decent prices. Their green house is to die for!! Love love this place. Staff is amazing and friendly.

A lovely, organized, clean place to purchase your gardening and landscaping needs. Enormous parking lot. Easy to find. Seasonal decor and plants, seed packets of plants that do well in the region, greeting cards, gifts, and more. Very kindly employees who want to help you find what you are looking for, such as a fancy garden rake or a unique gift for your favorite gardening person. Watch for sales and enjoy best pricing at that time. Otherwise, keep in mind this is not a generic hardware store that also carries plant stuff. They specialize in botanical happiness so it is worth the couple extra bucks to shop here.
