Still deserving of 5 stars for sure, but recently I did want to mention that I didn’t have a great check out experience unfortunately. I’m not sure if maybe she was just having a bad day, but it was very odd energy and when my friend and I walked outside we both noticed it. Her demeanor and lack of willingness to help my friend when her plant stand didn’t have a barcode is what made the exchange unpleasant. However, that has been my only off experience at Green Acres. Prior to that, customer service has always been great. I absolutely love the layout of the store. It is always very clean, organized, and they truly do have a fantastic selection of plants and I have gotten several of mine from there. The monstera in the photos is my most recent! 😍

This is one of the best Nurseris in USA. A big range of small annual plants to perineal Trees are for sale here. Many plant seeds are available at good prices. Variety of Garden tools, ready to use soil mix, pots, stands, etc., are are also available. Good Washrooms and free car parking area there.

My second year with this company. My yard was a wreck from a tenant and I got it under control. Hired them to make even better, they did great year one. Now my yard is over run with weeds and I asked them about it. Only answer I got was my next service will be in a couple weeks. Needless to say they are not doing what they did last year and will be replaced.

Michael is always great, calls ahead and gives me a rundown on what is going to be done. He’s does and awesome job!

After almost two years of service our lawn looks horrible. There are still old weeds and new ones popping up in the front yard as well as the backyard. I am so tired of having a terrible looking yard. We follow the watering instructions provided by Gecko as well. I can’t believe we pay over $1400 a year for lawn service and still have an ugly lawn.

Very unprofessional. Will show up to your house unannounced to try and sell you additional services. One of the techs fertilized my neighbors yard. Even after cancelling they will still cold call you to sell you services. This company is an unprofessional nightmare. Stay away.

Gecko Green is pricey but worth every dime! My tech Franco has my yard looking right right. He is always on time, ask my concerns and then address them. I appreciate his service.

Just eerrggg!!! Killed my tree!!! Given it was recovering from the winter freeze. The chemicals put it more shock and stress and killed it. Still the tech aknowledges that it was alive and healthy before the treatment. But they won't replace the tree.
I give them 2 star because the office management comes through and rescues them after each mess up by their field staff. Killed my yard in the begining, still have dead spots. They won't fix em. Then killed my tree with the tree a shrub treatment that they gave complimentary ( I did not ask for it) to compensate for a contractor ( their former sales guy) referred by the sales guy that I hired for 5 jobs and after 7 weeks only did half of 1 job. Destroyed my side yards and back yard and got paid. Also bait and switch was also the issue.

I really enjoy the services provided by Gecko Green. My technician is friendly and helpful
