I would give zero stars if I could. The one positive thing I can say, is that they are very polite to talk to on the phone.

Their cleaners left our doors unlocked on multiple occasions. In some instances, the door wasn't even shut all the way, and at any time anyone could have walked in and stolen everything in our offices.

They have left the water running multiple times in our warehouse sinks. The last time, it flooded the water heater, after being left to run for 2 days.

Their cleaning is absolutely terrible. Our floors were NEVER clean. I could take a paper towel and wipe the floor first thing Monday morning after a cleaning, and it would come up black. We could watch them on the camera, and see that they mopped the entire facility without ever changing the water.

We had 3 or 4 different cleaning crews, and gave this company multiple opportunities, over a couple of years, to improve their services. They never did. Lots of cleaning companies are poor cleaners, but this company contracts incompetent people who cannot even manage to shut off a faucet or lock a door. So, it isnt a matter of their cleaning capability, but of the safety for your business. I would absolutely BEWARE of using CleanNet.

Taylor Edwards is AMAZING QC!! When I first became a Franchise Owner, I was nervous and he helped me every step of the way. Working with him I’ve built confidence and I can walk in a walk through and deliver excellent customer service and quality. He will answer any questions you come across anytime no matter what! He’s a very great source to have during this new career path and I’m beyond blessed to have him as a QC! I’ve had a great experience with CleanNet USA and they are very helpful team! this is another company that openly violates federal and state law by placing marketing calls to do not call listed telephones. These laws are very easily satisfied obligations designed to protect the privacy and security of homeowners and businesses. Any company That disregard these rules would not be trustworthy to regard other property and privacy rights. I would not allow them in my business, but I would report the improper practices.

So rude, disrespectful and a horrible attitude after i told them the information they needed when they called me. They also hung up after yelling at me. I never called them but they called me directly and i have the screenshot to prove it and the phone call is recorded.

Highly recommend the integrity of this company. Due to a mishap of staff today this company made it right. Many times owners can't control staffs action. Owner here took immediate action returned my call apologized profusely. Please let owners know nicely when you're not happy. Owners can make it right and become the loyal vendor your company needs. Bill Kane and his team at CleanNet USA never disappoint. Our office, located in Southern California, owns a number of DFW area properties and we rely on the CleanNet team to help us keep those properties looking good, advise us when items need attention, and respond quickly when tenants advise that an unforeseeable issue has arise. Tenant feedback has been incredibly positive, which is just one more reason we are all thankful for the CleanNet team!!

For over 16 years we have used CleanNet of Dallas for our office housekeeping provider. As an organization, they have been prompt, professional, proficient and thorough.
Teresa handles our day-to-day services and she's always here with a smile and a greeting as she goes about keeping this place clean and all necessary items stocked up. And Jason Smith does a great job on the QC, to make sure we are getting the proper services.
During those wonderful covid years, we needed a couple of extra sanitizing cleans, and they were very responsive.
We also have a few things that are done as "once a year" requests, and their pricing is great for the additional work like carpet cleaning, strip and wax VCT flooring, damp mopping the RMF, and even window cleaning. They even pressure wash the outside to get rid of the spider webs when needed.
It's been 16 years, and we appreciate what they do for us.

Again I have called this company out.
this time it was to assist with a commercial general cleaning. They were awesome as usual. The general manager assisted from start to finish and the cleaning team was spot on.

Ronal of Servpro North Irving was a lifesaver with his competent, effective, professional work. He assessed the damage, worked with the remediation group, effectively removed the damaged sheetrock, and explained the whole process clearly to me and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with patience.

Biggest scam! Do Not use Serve pro! I received my textile items back smelling of smoke, and ALLL my leather items were ruined! Not because of the smoke damage but because serve pro is not qualified to clean or
"restore" leather items. I mean all items, Shoes (30+ pairs), belts, purses.
Poor Quality and No sense of urgency to get your items back to you after a disaster happens. They DO NOT even keep an inventory of your belongings!! Lost several of my belongings! Entire pairs of shoes! They returned single shoes to me haha! Such a scam! Theyre making a killing from the insurance companies and are destroying property.

After Months of having my property and insisting they took inventory and photos of everything and brand and necessary details for the insurance... the attached photo shows their detailed inventory.

Servpro came out to clean up the mold in my home. They removed my cabinets and saved my counter tops! Well done boys! I really appreciate you saving us some money on that!

They were there on time and great customer service and the gentleman that did the estimate was very professional and explained everything, also provided some very useful information. I will definitely use them if ever needed and referred them to others.
