Servpro was at my home at the time I requested. Jessica talked to my adjuster and informed him of everything that needed to be done and it was approved in minutes. Good work servpro!

To add a little more detail, in November we discovered that our closet was full of water. Also, our neighbor had disappeared in the middle of the night - I mean gone. Every stick of furniture, as if by magic, had vanished. The only thing left behind was a hole in the upstairs plumbing, which poured enough water to collapse the floor below, dumping water into the entire first floor like a very undesirable indoor waterfall. This eventually flooded the first floor and, as physics would have it, brought water through the wall and into our apartment. Our apartment manager, sadly, was not impressed and despite a lot of emails, phone calls, etc, nothing was done. I was out of options so I just called Servpro.

TJ came out for a free inspection at exactly the scheduled time, knew everything there was to know about water damage / mold, and was generous with his time and expertise. He explained what should have been done initially and what could be done now. In the end, he applied a spray of Sporocidin right then and there - as part of the free inspection. The moldy smell is gone and we can live in our apartment for a few more months.

Thank you TJ and thank you Servpro. If I find myself in a similar situation again, I know who I'll be calling first thing.

3 months later, repair and restoration are still not complete! Inflated attempts to fraud our insurance company requesting way more than necessary, not truthful about install dates and having to chase down a rep to get an answer, subpar construction work, all of these just a quick summary of the hassles with this location. USAA will definitely be receiving a full report of issues as well, hopefully they'll choose to remove from preferred vendor list.

We had a great experience with our technician TJ and this Servpro location. Communication was excellent and TJ personally kept us informed of what was going on every day when he checked the status of our flooded rooms. I highly recommend TJ and Servpro!

I will sing the praises of ServPro to any one who will listen. They do something very rare these days - they value their customer by listening to their concerns, then respecting their needs. We had a mold problem that required quite a bit of dismantling and removing. Obstacles were encountered, and each was met with appropriate professional response. Of particular help was Chuck Hutchins who went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied.

I wanted to say "Thank you" to Jessica Doherty for her help. They did a great job with my linens. I recommend that you use them for your restoration needs. Great job folks!

I had a problem with the pipes in my kitchen, my entire wooden floor was flooded. Thank god for the guys from Servpro, who solved all the problems with the water damage and the floors in record time. My kitchen looks like new and as if nothing had happened!👏

Had a fire and asked this company to come out. They took care of everything from cleaning my clothes to rebuilding my home. The rebuild manager Bill was one of the best contractors I have ever had to deal with. He knows what he is doing

When you have to call Servpro, 9 times out of 10 it is because you have had an unfortunate experience. I called the Dallas Serv pro and talked to Jessica. She was very knowledgeable, professional and informed. She explained to me every step of the process, and what they were doing. Communication was excellent and customer service was top notch. Thank you Jessica for bringing hope and satisfaction to a situation where there was very little.

Would rate zero if possible. 1st contacted them Feb 2021 for water damage due to freeze. Kitchen tear down & POD packup conducted by Servpro team from CA. House contained asbestos which had to be removed. Contacted Servpro of N Irving to complete rebuild on 7/2/21. Received estmate 7/22/21. No work started & many phone calls later a new inspection completed 12/2/21. Finally received new estimate 4/11/22. Discussed estimate with Taylor 4/15/22. She was to revise estimate but wanted us go ahead & sign the contract . The contract showed the unrevised dollar amount. RED FLAGS - VERY UNETHICAL. Taylor never contacted me again or submitted the revised estimate. My last contact with them was 7/6/22. Very unresponsive, most phone calls not returned. They had more than a year to complete the work & did nothing. If they didn't want the work they should have said so. I changed companies & the work is being done now. In reading response below I can provide dated details of attempted contacts & conversations.
