We had a pretty severe roof leak as a result of a storm. ServPro of Southwest Irving was super professional and help us dry the structure in record time. They also did the reconstruction work for us and the room ended up looking even better than what it was before. They went the extra mile for us too by helping us deal with our insurance company for all the paperwork and payments. Highly recommended!!

These guys were great, led by their awesome team leader Jacob. He kept me informed evey step of the way, and was easy to reach when needed. Good job guys!

recently had the unfortunate experience of water damage in our home due to an accidental bathtub overflow—just days before our buyer’s home inspection during a real estate transaction. It was an incredibly stressful situation, especially given the tight timeline and the financial pressure we were already under.

I was already asleep when my mom woke me up and told me she heard a loud noise inside the house, I went to the garage, and my car was on fire. She called 911, and the firefighters came 15 min after, but most of the house got burned, and the roof fell. SERVPRO of Southwest Irving came within 30 min, and it didn't matter; it was almost 11 pm. They assured me they would secure the space until their workers came the next day. They had to wait until 3 am after the firefighter's inspection to board up the garage, and in the morning, they were there by 9 am. They were comprehensive and very empathic.

WOW!! What a team. From the moment I called and spoke with Trish. Whom sent me straight to the operations manager, Joe. We were handled with speed and professionalism. Joe sent out 2 service men by the names of Vincente and Arqui. Was followed up daily by Bailey. Brandon also was a huge help in the success of getting ALL the water up drop a toilet that had overflowed for many hours.

Servpro in SW Irving really went above and beyond for us! A tenant moved out and trashed the property, leaving us with a house full of junk, a fridge and pantry full of rotten and spoiled food, dirty dishes, trash everywhere, and the worst roach infestation I have ever seen. It was so disgusting! The team at Servpro jumped in quickly and spend three hard days mucking out the house, and when they left, the place was spotless. At one point, they had to call in their hazmat specialist to remediate a particular area, and it was included in the price. It took an overflowing construction dumpster to clear out the house, that's how much junk these tenants left us with.
The Servpro staff were friendly and easy to work with. They showed up on time every day and stayed until the job was complete.
They were not the cheapest place we called, but by far they have the best and most complete service. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

This was an amazing service, definately recommend and will keep using for my monthly service. Manager was great with communicatio and provided outstanding advice on what was needed!

I highly recommend this service! I’m putting my house on the market in a week and my old house needed plenty of attention (cabinets and walls cleaned, general dust, dirty hand spots on all of the doors, etc). Not only did they address my concerns, but did several above and beyond. $600 for a 4 bed, 3 bath 2700 square foot house. They saved me from breaking my back cleaning the house top to bottom. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys (and girls).

The team did an amazing job! They were efficient and thorough- exactly the help I needed. They were actually having to clean around some other work/workers going on in my house that day, and they didn’t skip a beat. The house looked beautiful! So grateful for how well they did. Mr Elliott Harper called me and apologized for the low quality provided in their last visit. He came back himself with a new assistant and retouched the windows, reinstalled the screen and now the job was very good.

2 guys (Bruce and Elliot) came on Saturday 2/11/23 to do the cleaning. They left some windows not well cleaned, some rails were not cleaned, they left a screen uninstalled. I called them several times to ask them to come back and fix the issues but they never answered the calls. Not recommended at all
