we had a really good experience with rush plumbing recently. chris came by and swapped out our water heater and fixed a small part at the meter. he noticed there was too much water pressure coming into our house, which isn't great for the water heater. chris tried to adjust the old knob at the meter, but it wouldn't budge, so he replaced it with a new one. we also had a couple of broken knobs on our master bathtub that needed replacing. since all our plumbing was originally installed by rush plumbing when the house was built, chris called the office to check their records. they looked up the model numbers and let us know to contact moen since their fixtures have a lifetime warranty. we already got the replacement parts from moen and installed them. i really appreciate chris taking the extra time to help us out with all this. i didn't check prices with other plumbers, but i don't mind paying a bit more for excellent service.
i really liked how helpful chris was when he came out to my house in justin. he answered all my questions and took the time to double check everything with my plumbing system. my alarm went off early in the morning, and he arrived right on time, just like he said he would. chris inspected my pump, which is part of their usual service when you have an alarm issue. even though i had replaced my pump with another company a few years ago and had my system pumped recently, chris found the pump was bad and clearly explained how he figured it out. he suggested replacing the pump and also mentioned a few other things to consider for the future, but he wasn't pushy about it. i decided to just get the pump replaced. after installing the new one, chris tested it and noticed it wasn't pumping enough water to the drain field. he took extra time to clear out the pipes, and found that only two of the three were working right. he fixed the third pipe and made sure the new pump was working like it should now that the field was cleared. everything worked perfectly after that! they cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was in order before leaving. it took about two hours, but i appreciated that they weren't rushing and made sure everything was done right. this is the third time i've used this company, and every experience has been great. chris was professional, friendly, and didn't mind me watching while he worked. i would definitely recommend them to anyone in justin looking for a good plumber!
When my tankless water heater stopped giving me hot water, I started calling around and was surprised to hear high dispatch fees, sometimes as much as $280, with even more charges just to look at the problem. I finally found a plumber who quoted me only $75, and they said this fee would go toward any repairs or parts if I needed them. Chris from the team was able to come out later that same day, which was a relief since it’s always hot here and a cold shower isn’t much fun! Chris quickly figured out the problem and reset the water heater by pressing a button inside the panel. At first, I was a little confused about what the $75 covered, but in the end, they kept their word and only charged me that amount. I was really happy with how honest and helpful they were. I’d definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues, and I’d recommend them to friends who need a reliable plumber. I’m grateful to have hot water running again!
Fantastic service! Our water heater broke underneath the house, causing a big leak, and we only noticed it late on a Saturday. Even though it was getting late, I called for a plumber, and they were able to send out a crew right away. While I ran to the store in Justin to pick up a new water heater, their team arrived at my house in about half an hour and had the old heater already removed by the time I got back. Eddie and Chris worked quickly and had the new water heater installed in no time. I’m very happy with how smooth and professional the whole process was. Highly recommend these plumbers if you need fast and friendly help in Justin!
