We had a sudden toilet issue at our house in Justin and needed a plumber right away. After looking online, we reached out for help and were told someone would arrive within a couple of hours. To our surprise, Axel showed up in just 45 minutes. He was not only on time but also really knew his stuff and acted very professionally. Axel fixed our plumbing problem fast and took the time to explain how to avoid this kind of trouble in the future. He also shared some useful tips for keeping the rest of our plumbing in good shape, especially with how hot it gets here in Texas. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely call Axel again when we need a plumber.

we had a really good experience with rush plumbing recently. chris came by and swapped out our water heater and fixed a small part at the meter. he noticed there was too much water pressure coming into our house, which isn't great for the water heater. chris tried to adjust the old knob at the meter, but it wouldn't budge, so he replaced it with a new one. we also had a couple of broken knobs on our master bathtub that needed replacing. since all our plumbing was originally installed by rush plumbing when the house was built, chris called the office to check their records. they looked up the model numbers and let us know to contact moen since their fixtures have a lifetime warranty. we already got the replacement parts from moen and installed them. i really appreciate chris taking the extra time to help us out with all this. i didn't check prices with other plumbers, but i don't mind paying a bit more for excellent service.
