Issue:

Our home's Kitchenaid Dishwasher was not working properly so we called our home warranty company (which covered the repair under a recently purchased policy).

Fortunately, Pro-Tech Appliance Repair was selected and assigned by our home warranty company to perform the repair of our Kitchenaid Dishwasher.

Less than one day later, we were called by Pro-Tech Appliance Repair to schedule a service call (with Samir Talipov assigned as the appliance repair technician).

On the day of the service call (the initial service call), Samir called us prior to his arrival to let us know that he was traveling towards our location, and he provided us with the estimated time of his arrival (which was accurate).

Soon after Samir arrived at our home, he quickly impressed us with his professionalism and courteous manners.

Furthermore, as the COVID-19 pandemic was well underway and at the time of the repair, Samir wore masks during each of his service calls to our home (in which there were two service call appointments) and that clearly indicated that he truly cares about his customers, fellow company members, and his personal contacts as well.

Anyway, regarding the initial service call, Samir quickly (within minutes) diagnosed that our Kitchenaid Dishwasher required a new main motor / circulation pump in which he then advised that he needed to order the replacement part and then return to our home on another service call to perform the actual repair.

A few days later, which included a weekend, we were called by Pro-Tech Appliance Repair and was advised that the required part had been procured and that part was ready to be installed. Thus, we scheduled a second (follow-on) service call for the following day.

During our second service call, Samir conducted himself in the same exemplary manner as the initial service call.

However, during the second service call, from a distance, we observed the incredibly focused way that the repair was completed.

Every action that Samir performed appeared to have a distinct purpose and was performed in a methodical manner which made the repair completion time astonishingly quick (less than 30 minutes total) and in a manner as to prevent any potential damage to our home or property (in which no damage occurred whatsoever).

It's been more than a month since the main motor / circulation pump was replaced in our home's Kitchenaid Dishwasher and since its replacement was completed by Samir, it has been working just like new!

Both Pro-Tech Appliance Repair and Samir were extremely professional, courteous, and showed great care and concern regarding the required repair and all things related therein.

I highly recommend Pro-Tech Appliance Repair, and if the need should arise in the future, then, I plan to call Pro-Tech Appliance Repair directly in the future!

Great company! It was easy to schedule an appointment. Technicians arrived on time, despite extreme rain. They were courteous and professional. My dryer was repaired the same day, and it needed spare parts. After describing a problem, they knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it. Also they took their time to explain to me how to prevent it in the future.

I can't say enough about Protex Appliance Repair! Sam showed up right away with the parts we needed to repair our refrigerator - saved us from losing hundreds of dollars in food not to mention getting our refrigerator back up and running. Sam is the one to call if you have appliance issues!

The experience I had with this company was exceptional. I used them twice for my leaking dishwasher. First time it took several tries to figure out what exactly was wrong, it was not a trivial issue, but they figured it out and fixed it. The dishwasher worked perfectly well for the next 3 years. Now it's leaking from a different place, i guess we should replace it altogether, but we decided to fix it and maybe get another 3 years from it.
Samir is a great specialist hands down. But Nataly is beyond praise. She is the benchmark of customer service. She is quick, friendly, precise. She roots for the customer. She monitors delivery times of spare parts to give you the quickest service, she pushes the specialists to go out and see the issues asap. Can't say enough about the company. Will be using them for any issue that arises as long as they are around :-)

Our fairly new dryer started making some scary noises. We had a scheduled visit almost immediately after we contacted Pro-Tech Appliance Repair. Great response! Detailed troubleshooting was performed, and we got a clear explanation on the required part and next steps in getting our dryer fully functioning again.
As soon as the required part was received, the technician came back to complete the repair. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Our dryer runs as it did on day one. We are happy Pro-Tech Appliance repair customers! Will definitely use the company again for our appliance repair needs.

I just moved into my new home last week and last night my microwave stopped working. I reached out to them and they were here today to fix it. Sam was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had it up and running within 10 minutes. I will continue to use them for all my appliance repairs. Extremely affordable also!!

Cannot say enough about the service I recently had from Sam.

Background - opened a home warranty claim, they dispatched another provider (AA - you can figure it out from there), who replaced the compressor on the refriderator. All good - until it wasn't. It became obvious that the freezer was not working properly, so had them come back to solve the issue. Almost 2 mo later, and the original repair contractor closing out the case 2x WITHOUT our knowledge, and having to elevate the case within the home warranty company, FINALLY a different contractor was dispatched.

This happened to be Sam with ProTexas Appliance. He didn't know he was walking into a hornets den - conducted himself very professionally - we had a fantastic discussion, actually!

Within minutes of looking over the refridgerator, he immediatly realized that the previous contractor had overcharged the system. Should have been basic knowledge to the original controctor, but for some reason it was not.

Sam then went about rectifying the situation - and the best part, did not immediately close the case - monitored it for 3 days - working perfectly!

This issue was ongoing for almost 2mo - when ProTexas Appliance stepped up to bat, they hit a home run.

ProTexas Appliance is undoubtably going to be my vendor of choice for any future work, and I will very much push the home warranty company that direction.

I recently had my microwave repaired by this company, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The technician accurately diagnosed the issue, promptly obtained the necessary part, and efficiently installed it. The entire process was completed in a reasonable time frame. Great customer service and determination to get the job done. Based on the code on my oven, it was determined that I needed one thing replaced which the tech ordered and received prior to coming out. Once that was installed, the oven still didn't work. The tech went back to the drawing board (instead of just saying you need a new oven) Ordered another part, came back and installed that part and my oven is back working! I had multiple issues with my ice dispenser, light in my freezer and water not dispensing. Sam gave me a call prior to coming. He was very nice. Right off the bat he fixed my was dispensing issue. It was the water filter. I had one. Her replaced it. Tested it and yippee I had water. That same issue caused my ice maker and dispenser to not work properly. He showed me the issue and cleaned out all the frozen water and immediately cleaned up the water on my hardwood kitchen floors. He also showed me how to change out my led board for my light, gave me the proper part number and shared where to get it. He was from an area where I have several friends from. He shared the meaning of her name. He was kind, very knowledgeable, neat, cleaned up after himself and got it all done quickly and efficiently! An awesome job was done with repairing My AC unit. I had another contractor come out and they were unable to resolve the issue after 3 trips. But ProTexas resolved in one stop and gave me their card to contact them if anything should go wrong. its been 2 weeks and the AC unit works just fine THX

Samir came out to repair my Microwave. A previous repair (different service provider) used cheap parts and stripped some screws on the microwave cover. Samir not only repaired the main issue, but he also used better parts and repaired and replaced the stripped screws on the cover. Very responsive and great services provided overall.

We had an issue with our LG range/oven taking 3+hrs to heat up to 400 degrees. The call was put in on Thursday morning and by 1pm the tech arrived. He knew exactly what the issue was and had us fixed up in 30 mins. Their attention to customer service was top notch and I would recommend to use them.

Samir came out to inspect my cooktop and quickly identified that it needed to be replaced. Although the process took a little time through the home warranty process, he returned to complete the installation himself and made sure everything was working perfectly. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable throughout both visits. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of his work.
