Brian was great to work with. He provided plenty of color samples for our shower remodel and made recommendations to match our paint choices. The demolition crew were incredibly clean and worked fast. The gentleman who did the new installation work was very nice, kept the worksite area clean and was very courteous of noise as my wife and I are working from home. Brian and his crew were also conscientious of COVID protocols during the whole process. Overall excellent experience and we are enjoying our shower.

We had a wonderful experience with Simplicity! Our upstairs bath was in desparate need up an upgrade and they helped us create a gorgeous, modern, bright, and functional bathroom that we are so proud of. We were a part of the whole process down to picking nearly every material to be used and it was a joy. The crew was very professional and did a great job all the way through.

We had a cheap fiberglass shower pan in our home that had several cracks. My wife and I had considered our options for replacing it. We even did a great deal of research into replacing it ourselves. We were certain of one thing. We did not want to end up with the same problem in 5 to 10 years.

We met with Brian. He showed the Onyx product and it is considerably more substantial than we had expected. We were skeptical at first when he asked for half the cost upfront. This was a red flag for us because we had an experience with a different contractor that was dishonest. Brian was willing to work with us and we agreed to a payment schedule that was based on a percentage of completion that made us much more comfortable.

In the end the job was completed exactly as agreed. We are highly satisfied and happy to recommend Simplicity Bath and Shower.

Simplicity Bath & Shower did a fantastic job completely replacing my old shower stall with a modern, frameless shower stall in 2023. They arrived as scheduled, removed all the glass, walls, replaced the plumbing, installed new plumbing shower lines, head, lever, etc. There were no surprises during the whole process. We've been enjoying our new shower ever since. S B & S are very professional and affordable.

Brian with Simplicity Bath & Shower was amazing to deal with; I live in Alaska and found Simplicity Bath & shower website and was inspired by many of the bathroom designs. I was trying to locate a tile that was used in one of their remodels and Brian was so very helpful in tracking down the exact tile for me for my master bath remodel. So sad that I don't live in the Houston area to be able to have Simplicity Bath & Shower for my remodel. So appreciative of his time even though I am not a paying customer.

I interviewed 5 different companies to remodel one of our bathrooms, and actually signed with one whose pitch was that they could do everything in one day. Sounds appealing, but is actually impossible if you want quality work. I canceled that renovation and continued to interview other companies. I am so grateful that I discovered Simplicity Bath and Shower. Not only was Brian Horton from Simplicity more knowledgeable about details that other companies didn't consider, he was incredibly honest. I truly cannot say enough about the exemplary work done by this company. I am very picky by nature, however, Brian is even more fastidious than I am! He was present before the remodel, every day during the remodel, as well as after all the work was finished insuring that we were most pleased with the final result. We could not have been more pleased. His workmen were extremely protective of our home throughout the process. Brian and his team made sure that all the imperfections in our home's structure were considered and all the necessary adjustments were made for a final perfect fit. The end result was not only correct by building standards, but was stunningly beautiful in every respect. It is a GORGEOUS bathroom now and we LOVE it!

Update: We were so pleased with our master shower, we decided to go ahead and replace the kids' bathtub. We had planned on doing it sometime later but moved up the schedule. I've attached pictures. We all love the updated look.

We recently engaged Simplicity Bath to replace our guest bathroom tub with a walk-in shower. We initially contacted Simplicity based on the many reviews we had read regarding the quality of their work.
At our initial meeting with Brian Horton, owner, we were impressed with the organizational skills and knowledge of his products and how they could benefit us.
He was able to help us in the selection of materials that would best suit our needs.
Brian took the time to review the construction of our home so that the installation of the shower would not compromise the structural integrity of the house. He took detailed measurements and provided us with a diagram of what the finished shower would look like including placement of grab bars and soap receptacles. He established a time line for the construction of the shower including the protection of our existing floor and walls and the coordination of receiving and installation of the materials. He described the warranty and the type of cleaning products to use on the shower as well as the fixtures.
At the conclusion of our initial meeting Brian went over the contract in detail, dates of installation based on delivery of materials and payment of the project.
We would highly recommend Simplicity Bath based on their professionalism, quality of work and customer service follow up after the job was completed. We are very pleased with the installation and performance of our new walk-in shower.

Contracted Brian at Simplicity Bath & Shower to remodel my primary shower and so happy I did. The whole process was a great experience from the initial consult to project completion. He even met with me and helped with material selection and planning. Brian and team communicated status and updates regularly. We went to Simplicity Bath & Shower for a shower remodel for an outdated shower that we wanted remodeled for house guests and visiting family, especially older family members, in our house in Fulshear/Weston Lakes. We really enjoyed working with Brian and his team and they did an amazing job. If you need remodeling work done, especially in the bathroom, Brian and his team at Simplicity need to be on your list for the job.

Brian and his simplicity team remodeled our bathtub and shower. Very professional team that did high quality work and stayed on schedule. Brian is a big help going over various options, lending his expertise to the owner as you are going through the decision making process.

We custom built our house in 2003; and initially built a Master Shower with (8) shower & body sprayers then had a leak behind tile in 2010. We remodeled shower, reduced number of sprayers, but then we had another gradual leak in 2018 behind tile that created mold. Once we were ready to invest in remodeling our shower for second time, we searched very carefully until we found Brian with Simplicity Bath.
He was the most knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping us create a quality performing shower. From the initial call with Brian he provided lots of initial details and even ballpark pricing. Then he came to our house a couple of times to insure we had every detail figured out and made us feel comfortable with the remodel plan.
We chose Onyx walls because of lifetime warranty, less maintenance compared to tile, plus we like the simple modern look of Onyx walls and shower base.
I have worked numerous contractors in building our custom house, but I have to say that Brian is the best communicator of any contractor. He calls or texts every step of the way, from initial meetings, ordering materials, scheduling and during remodeling.
His master plumber Jeff was very pleasant to have in our home. He was the most skilled contractor I have ever seen in action! He was very clean and tidy in spite of dealing with some messy materials. He went above and beyond to ensure the shower looked awesome and it turned out better than my wife and I imagined it could have. The level of detail shows in how the variety of materials, Onyx-Sheetrock-Floortile-Glass, intersect at the edges and corners, everything lines up perfect, even silicon lines.
In summary, Brian and Jeff take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a masterpiece. Brian is an excellent quality driven consultant and Jeff is like a surgeon operating on your bathroom, dynamic duo!

Excellent service, guided us through the whole process helping us avoid mistakes and adjusting to provide us an excellent result. Removed our old walk in shower and tile, replacing it with onyx system for the shower, new flooring, toilet and bidet. Would strongly recommend these folks who want the job done right.

This is a premium experience, and you get what you pay for here: top of the line attention to detail, customer service, and execution. Small details really matter in bathrooms: tile prep, grout lines, silicone sealants, edges, etc. Contractor-grade bathrooms are likely much cheaper and MUCH less well built and executed. We purchased a home that had been flipped 10 years prior, and Brian and his team helped us to rebuild the master bathroom shower, which looked great, but had cracked floor tiles from inferior installation that allowed water to leak through the pan and rot the entire sub-floor. What you pay for with a company like Simplicity is all the prep work that you DON'T see, and that prep work makes all the difference.

I have intentionally not posted this review for six months after installation to ensure that I am endorsing a quality product, and it has passed the initial test of time. The real test for a premium bathroom, though, is ten years down the line. Having photo documented every step that Brian and his team took, when compared to other contracting jobs I have seen, I have confidence our shower will be as good as new in ten years as it is today. If you walk through the photos I am attaching to this review, you will see how thorough each step of the process will be. If you are looking for a premium bath and shower guy, Brian is great. Two thumbs up.
