I recommend Brian and Simplicity Bath very highly. I've had a lot of work done on the house over the last 10 years, and this was by far the best experience. Excellent work, done ahead of schedule, with no headaches.

We decided to remodel our 25 year old guest bathroom, and found Simplicity through a google search. I liked the reviews and the straightforward nature of the website, so I reached out. Brian (the owner) contacted us almost immediately, and within a week we were on board and picking materials. He and Analisa (the designer he works with) met with us at home and at multiple stores to brainstorm and choose everything from flooring to towel rods.

Work began quickly, and I'm genuinely impressed with both the management and crews from start to finish. Good communication, and this is the first time I've felt like I didn't need to check the work constantly. The guys did fantastic work and cleaned up after themselves every day. Brian showed up daily the check everything and make sure we were happy. And more importantly, he looked over the work to make sure it met his standards, so I didn't have to look for flaws.

That's why I really like this company: you don't have to worry about the finished product being right, because the owner is worried about it being right. The crews are worried about it being right. At the end of the project, I had no issues or complaints. They finished ahead of the discussed schedule, even after touch ups and redos that I didn't have to ask for.

To be clear: Simplicity is not likely to be your lowest bidder. They provide a premium service, and they are upfront about that. The work is very good, and I believe there is value in paying for someone to get it right the first time. It saves you time and frustration, and I am 100% going to ask them to do our master bath in the next year or two.

Also, our dog liked everyone on all the crews.

I contracted Simplicity to remodel my shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a project manager, I understand the importance of customer management and communications, and Brian showed himself to be a true professional every step of the way. He provided routine updates, thorough communication and high quality in all aspects of the project. His team were true artists and paid meticulous attention to detail in the installation of new tile, fixtures, grout and glass. I would highly recommend to anybody needing remodel work done.

Brian and his TEAM get the job done and communicate very well. The product and extra mile effort is great. We had a 30 year old shower and now it looks like a model home shower. The project was completed on time and within the budget. Here are some photos.

I've known Brian for almost 10 years. His team remodeled our bathroom shower, removed an old tub, fixed plumbing and floor tile. The whole process was the smoothest I've ever had with a contractor. A couple years after the install, we had some problems with the shower floor. Even though we were well past the end of the warranty period, Brian "made it right", fixing everything!!

Simplicity installed our shower two years ago and it is still our favorite room in the house! They removed the circa 1968 cast iron tub and tile and installed a beautiful stand alone shower with frameless glass doors. The quality is outstanding and after 2 years it still looks brand new. The design meeting was thorough. They listened to our wants, took in mind our budget and helped us make the perfect choice. The quote we received was all inclusive. There were no additional costly surprises. The install was flawless. Everyday they gave us an update on the progress and completely cleaned up their work area. We had a very good experience working with Simplicity Bath and Shower for the remodel of our two upstairs bathrooms. They took care of everything for completing both tub to shower conversions, new floor installation, and exhaust system repairs.

We were impressed with the professionalism and experience of the installation team. After the old tubs were removed, they were able to rework the plumbing and framing to deliver the shower design we wanted. We were very happy with the final result.

I was looking to upgrade my master bathroom vanity and shower enclosure. I was looking online for a Bath and Shower Remodeler in the Pecan Grove and Richmond areas. I was so fortunate to find Simplicity Bath and Shower. Brian H. was on the project from the initial consult to the last day of the remodel. Brian was very helpful with selecting the materials for my new vanity and shower. Throughout the entire project Brian made sure I was updated daily on the progress that was made and what I could expect in the coming days. Brian kept my bath remodel on time and on budget. Brian and the team at Simplicity Bath and Shower are absolutely the best!

Brian and the Simplicity crew were easy to work with and professionals. They communicated clearly, provided an excellent timeline, a detailed estimate, and even provided great design guidance. Their organization is best described as competent and diligent.

Initially I was nervous about hiring Simplicity since I had been burned by the prior installers of my bathroom, but Brian was able to walk us through the process and get us everything we wanted plus a far superior product than what had been installed.

My only regret after working with them was not hiring them in the first place for the original install.

We love Simplicity Bath and Shower. After years of pouring thousands of dollars and continually replacing our master bathroom, and the shower continually leaking, we were losing hope to have a good shower that could actually work. Brian came and made sure everything was done well and right. The shower is now leakproof and so well done, it's the favorite bath in the house!

We have now hired Brian two more times due to the excellent craftsmanship of him and his team. He comes in to check the workers as the project progresses and makes sure everything is right.

Prices are transparent and fair for all the work done. The work is thoughtful and everything cleaned up well, including keeping all the other rooms as clean as possible using preventative measures.

Brian always looks to supply the best product for the individual customer to enjoy.

Dawson Foundation was very helpful on getting my House back level.

My experience with Dawson was great, they came in, assessed my needs and performed the work quickly and neatly.

It was very easy for me to have the warranty transferred to my name when I purchased my home. The foundation repairs have had no issues in the 3 years since I’ve moved in. Highly recommended.

They repaired my foundation earlier this year with great quality. Martin provided clear instructions on how to protect the foundation afterward. I definitely recommend them!

Dawnson Foundation Repair did the foundation on our home. The owner explained the difference and the long run benefit between Bell Bottom piers and the standard ones. We are very pleased with the results, they did a great job, very well explained, constantly keeping you on the loop of the next steps, which team was coming to do what, great clean up as well, Everyone was professional. We certainly recommend Dawnson Foundation. My aunt hired them twice on 2 different homes, same results.

Dawson is a very professional group, They came in checked the levels made several suggestions how to level the foundation, and gave us a quote based on our decision. Dawson arranged all the permits and preliminary utility surveys required. They came on time, worked fast & hard, were polite, answered all my questions, protected my grass and piping. Afterwards, they had the utilities checked for any problems (none) They performed every little request I made. The supervisors checked with me twice a day during the work, and a couple weeks later. I purposely held back commenting for a few months to see how the foundation settled in and the work holes recovered. Everything was very satisfactory. I will now contact them to do more work this spring.

My Kitchen floor slowly started developing a crack, which got worse and worse, as the years went by. My house was constructed in 2005. The crack across the kitchen floor started developing in 2015, and I finally called Dawson Foundation Repair in 2023. I had 12 separate concrete support piers installed across the front & side of my house. The crack across the kitchen floor has stopped getting worse. The house itself is considered on "high-ground", but somethng under my 4" foundation had moved. No one wants foundation problems, but Dawson has a good system, and I'm quite confident the house has stopped moving around!!
