The guy showed me a "worst case scenario" price and had me sign without reading anything but the amount. He told me what that price would entail. He ended up doing half of that and at the end just asked for my credit card without telling be the price. I knew he was charging me the worst case scenario price even though he didn't have to do what he said that would entail. When I got the emailed bill and saw what he actually had me sign when he showed me the price it basically said I'd pay that worst case scenario price no matter what. I feel so taken advantage of and would never use them again. Got a second star because they let me choose an after work window instead of having an all day window. Also cracked a plate

I got a quick lesson in electricity and how it comes into your home. I love to learn and he made it easy. Upsold me a new surge protector that I really needed, but hadn't had time to get an electrician
in to do b4 now. Great job!

We are buying a house and need to get an estimate for electrical work and they flat out refused to come LOOK at the house without written permission from the seller. I can't even schedule an appointment with the seller there. Look elsewhere.

He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - provided a thorough inspection at every level, and even identified and fixed a separate issue while investigating the initial concern. Josh was our technician and he left me feeling confident of the problem and the best solution. We will be using Mr Sparky again because of his ethics and knowledge.

I had new light fixtures installed. A safety inspection was included but there was no pressure to have any extra work done immediately. I was provided a list (with prices) for future reference.

Thomas was sent to my home to fix a breaker. He was prompt, courteous and honest. Once doing an inspection on my one he advised that I would need some additional work, but wasn’t pushey, which I appreciated. All work was completed, and I will be calling the company to complete other work and will specifically request Thomas. Great job Mister Sparky and Thomas.

Thomas is very professional and patient. He clearly explained what he would be doing, what issues were found, and how to remedy them. We appreciate the clear guidance and options that were provided. We highly recommend the service he and his team provide.

He did a wonderful job not only he fixed it he was sweet caring and respectful at the same time I’m am glad that he did a wonderful job the main issue is the price still that his job everyone needs to eat and have shelter if they want to live.

John was able to come out at night and get our power back up for the evening. Then completed the full repairs the next day. He did express an urgency on getting our power restored as quickly as possible. The price was very high but it was a bad situation and middle of the evening. I do thank John and company for getting me back up.

Jeremy H came out to our home today to add an exterior outlet. He reviewed the location and gave me options regarding the installation and costs to improve my original request. While he was here I asked him to add an interior outlet. After discussing my request he gave me good advice regarding this complicated request. I highly recommend Jeremy H for his technical expertise, professional service and positive attitude.
