I called Mr Electric Sunday evening and got an appointment for Monday morning. Zack was professional, courteous and thorough. He explained everything including the cost each step of the way.I highly recommend Zack and Mr Electric.

Travis handled all our needs with ease. This is really a wonderful electrician that cares about the work he does. A very positive and knowledgeable character.

He fixed the faulty breaker that the dishwasher kept tripping and helped us install a Tesla wall charger. He is my favorite electrician hands down.

Prices are reasonable, I highly recommend them.

Technician was very thorough in his inspection and tried to help me as much as possible. He advised suggestion to update breaker and helped troubleshoot ac unit to rectify the problem.

I've used Mr. Electric of Katy couple of times for electrical issues or replacing light fixtures. Each time i had a diffrent electrician, but they all did a very good job and im pleased with their work. All of them were very polite, on time and very knowledgeable in their job. I would recommend Mr. ELECTRIC of Katy if you need some work done. Prices are not cheap, but for what they do, i dont mind paying, knowing the job is done correctly and they guarantee their work.

The service technician did a great job installing the pendant lights above our kitchen island and was clear on details about the project and time frame we were looking at. He did a great job cleaning up after and hauling away the old lights.

This is my first time using Mr. Electric, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Aurelio M was amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough with his work. He patiently listened to my concerns/questions and took the time to explain everything. The next time I need assistance with electrical stuff, I hope that Mr. Electric will send him again. Made an appointment for a quote through their text messaging option. Scheduled an appointment for the window of 12pm to 4pm. Wanted to get a Tesla charger installed with a sub panel. At 3pm, 3 hours into the appointment, they called and texted me saying they can’t come out unless I have the physical Tesla charger installed my possession. If I don’t, it requires a $89 quote to come out and no longer free. I’ve talked to and had a handful of different companies come give me quotes without requiring the Tesla charger to be here, but yet this company does, LAST minute. Wasted my time, and cost me work hours that I had to call off to be present at home waiting for them. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to require a customer to have the charger in their possession to give a quote. It’s like me being required to have an outlet purchased at Home Depot for them to come and tell me the cost of having one installed in my home. The bulk if not all of the work is related to the main electrical breaker and figuring out the wiring to be installed. Extremely unprofessional, even if they displayed that in BOLD writing on their website or through texts, it’s simply unnecessary for the customer.

Update: still a bit on the pricey side however, work was done in a professional manner. Talked with management who addressed my concerns in a manner I feel reflects their business ethos which has driven me to modify my review

Edgar was super knowledgeable and friendly and would explain not only the issue, but why but was an issue and the best solutions. Was extremely friendly as well.

Aurelio was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond the job! He kept us informed throughout the job!

Needed an outlet replaced. Tech did a full inspection of breaker box and outlets. Recommended some additional fixes which he completed. Happy with the work and the improvements.

Quick response time. Edgar was very professional and has a ton of knowledge. Overall great service. Thank you!

Great service provided by Edgar. He was able to not only figure out the issues at hand but underlying issues that would help prevent future repairs. Very well detailed in knowledge of electrical work.

Technician was extremely courteous and very capable. He suggested many improvements to my electrical system which I accepted because this makes an excellent selling point for the house which we intend to sell in a couple of years.

i had a problem with my bathrooms tripping the gfi. mr electric came out all day resolving the issue and making my home safe. aurelio and pablo were great! these two young men were remarkable human beings, professional workers and mr. electric should lucky to have them. if i ever have an electrical issue, i will call mr. electric!

Edgar and his team did a great job getting our electricity back online. He was very informative and helpful through the process and we will consider using this company for future projects!
