JR and Diego were great! Had them replace my 33 year old meter and breaker panel on our new house. They were prompt for both the estimate and the service and JR gave me a very reasonable price for the work. When I had an issue with some of the lights not working after they finished, Diego came back out ASAP on the weekend to fix the issue. Both are very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions with patience. I will definitely have them back out when I need electrical work done.

We had an emergency as our panel box caught on fire. JR came out the following day after we called Home-serve and he completed prepared the estimate for the repair. The project was approved and JR came out to complete the work. JR was very professional, communicated well and did an excellent job completing the work. We would highly recommend him. Our only problem/issue is with HomeServe/Centerpoint who refused to cover the weatherhead and whole house surge protector replacements saying they were upgrades, but we had no choice because the job would not pass inspection without them because the upgrade is required by law to meet current standards and it would not pass inspection without them installed. Therefore we were without any other choice than to pay for upgrades we did not ask for but are required. Shame on HomeServe and Centerpoint for not covering the legally required upgrades under their HomeServe insurance plan.

JR and his crew were gracious enough to fit me into their busy schedule. I was having doorbell issues and they were able to troubleshoot the potential problems, figured it out, and got me back up and running in no time. They were kind, knowledgable, and professional. Very thankful and would definitely recommend.

We needed a new service line and got quotes from a number of electricians in the Katy area. JR's quote was by far the best. It was so good, in fact, that even with the additional work he suggested (new circuit panel, whole house surge protector, and new meter can) his quote was still lower than some of the others, which were only for the service line installation!

He and his crew finished the job well within the timespan he'd given us, and their work was very thorough and professional.

Over the past year, Mr. Kim has proven that he meets and exceeds every one of these criteria for calling him a decent human being. In the past he has done a variety of electrical work at my home, and I was always 100% satisfied with his technical skills, personality, and the reliability of his work. Yesterday, I learned something about him, the man. I Telephoned him, his best guestimate, sight unseen, for work I describer would be between $1,200 and $1,800. He responded that very evening, looked at the job and told me what I described was not my problem. He advised me, based on his professional experience, what to do and he did not even charge me a service call fee.
