Firstly, it was a delight to have Alberto in our home. Considerate, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond the parameters of the job at hand with an awesome attitude and no hint of complaint. The work itself was completed in a timely and thoughtful manner (i.e., done right). I have no complaints.

We called to have a light installed above our new pool table in our 75 yr old house. William arrived on time. He did a whole house safety inspection with suggestions that we will follow up on later. We made a plan on how to install the light.
The installation required spanning the pool table and not standing on it. William made a trip to Lowes to purchase a board for us that we could place between two ladders.
Working together we accomplished it perfectly. He did a great job.
It was a very pleasant time. We enjoyed the visit which is rare when working with an installer.
We enjoyed a few games after he was finished and I wouldn't take his money after beating him. ;)
We signed up for the Mr. Electric Advantage Plan making Mr. Electric OUR electrical service company and looking forward to working with William again in the future.

The technician was very helpful super kind, and knowledgable. I had a fan installed, it was somewhere around 350 for the total price. Part of the price is the knowledge and expertise. Customer service and the knowledge and expertise was the only reason I was OK with paying that price

Very happy and highly recommend! Our electricians were Douglas and Juan. They did not rush and got the job done right. We needed Landscape lighting, smoke detectors, whole home surge protector, GFCI replacements and more. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will use again

He’s very responsive to text messages, is very upfront about pricing (and not to mention reasonable and competitive!), knowledgeable and professional. He did a very good job installing our wall charger! For any future electrical needs, we now know who to go to!

JR Electrical installed a 50 Amp generator plug to hook into my electrical panel. They were on time, ran through the estimate, and once finished cleaned up before they left. They went through how to use the plug and isolation bar. I would use there services on my other electrical needs.
