I wouldn’t say I’m extremely unhappy with the team cleaning my house. I do feel like they don’t dust well at all. Last visit half of my room was not cleaned. Is there a wreaking they don’t dust mop under the bed or any other furniture? It’s not furniture they would need to move. I’m hoping my next visit will be much better.

Maid Right is an excellent cleaning service, and I highly recommend it. Our housekeeper, Gift, is truly a gift. She is such a bright spirit and a hard worker. I look forward to seeing her.

Kathy is hands-down the best! I don’t know if she even realizes how much she helps me by the outstanding job she does for our home every other week! She is detailed, professional, hard-working, super kind and dedicated. You can truly tell how much pride she takes in her work. It shows every time she cleans for us! I have had the absolute best experience with Maid Right of Katy.
First, they responded to my phone call within 10 minutes then on the appointed day they showed up exactly on time. If that wasn't enough to delight me, they took the time to manage my expectations. They told me exactly what to expect and then they did exactly what they said they would do. After all of that professionalism the icing on the cake was that they left me with a beautifully cleaned home. I sincerely hope that all of the homeowners in Katy get to experience this.

The cleaning services I received were excellent. I used Maid Right for a move-out cleaning before selling my former home. When I went in to check over the work completed I was stunned at how crisp and new everything including the appliances looked; part of me wanted to move right back in!

Great communication from the start. The team was punctual, efficient, and professional. Our house was super clean in the end. They even found my husband's wedding ring, which had been lost for months. I am looking forward to my recurring service with them.

The first time they came out, the team did an excellent job. I was there to supervise. On the second time, I left them alone and it was a world of difference. I came home to find they left in a hurry, leaving behind their own dirty bucket and sponge in the hallway. I didn’t feel I can trust them anymore when I’m not home as they wouldn’t do their job. I then tried to work with Maid right to reschedule them when I would be home, but since I was traveling out the country I couldn’t book it for 2 weeks. They then wanted to charge me even more… a surcharge, to delay the cleaning by a few days. I would only recommend this service if you can be home to supervise, if not then they won’t do a good job.

I've been using Maid Right of Katy for almost three years and have already had great experiences. The team does an excellent job of cleaning, is consistent, and effectively communicates. If there is ever an issue or something that I prefer differently, it's easy to reach out, communicate, and adjust.

Thank you for arranging to have Kathy come to our house Tuesday afternoon. She did a fantastic job! Needless to say, my husband and I were very impressed with Kathy, so we want her to take over as our permanent house cleaner. It wasn't only the cleaning she did for us, but her genuine care in getting our home looking great. Kathy is very personable, and we feel like we have made a new friend.

Maid Right did, and always does, a very thorough job. I've always been satisfied with the clean. They have also been really considerate when I've had to change my appt date/time. Would highly recommended. My mom upon seeing my house even decided to hire them!

I've been a client of Maid Right since January 2016. They have several teams that work together and are assigned to certain houses, so you get the same team every time. There is a very thorough initial appointment where they establish your needs and tell you what they can offer. All cleaning products, environment friendly supplies and equipment is provided. I usually leave a note to highlight the special needs for that week's visit and all my requests are met. The housekeepers are very courteous, they call a day before the cleaning day and let me know when they finished. We work during the day, so we trust them with all our belongings, I even forgot my jewelry at home one morning, never had anything missing. A well organized, tight operation which I can wholeheartedly recommend.

Terrible service, lazy and rude, would not respond to calls and emails seeking a resolution and unprofessional conduct leaving the house a mess and sweeping rubbage into my porch. Very dissatisfied

Maid right of Katy did an outstanding job cleaning and spiffing up my rent home after I moved out this weekend. I feel positive that my landlord will be pleased because they did such a great job. The prices were more than fair compared to other cleaning companies I researched before deciding to hire them. I received a courtesy reminder the day before and they did show up on time and exceeded my expectations. I would refer them and will use them again.

Maid Right was very easy to work with. I was able to schedule a cleaning with ease and the team showed up on time and ready to clean. Not to mention they did a remarkable job!
