We absolutely loved having Kassidy and Jashlyn clean our home for our first service with Maid in Katy. Our home felt, looked, and smelled so good after our top to bottom clean. We have two little kids and even they noticed a difference. We are very much looking forward to our bi-weekly cleanings :)

I have been using Maid in Katy since she started. I absolutely love the company and the ladies. This week I had Giselle who cleaned my house. She is new staff member and did an exceptional job. First time not being there to observe the cleaning but my daughter was there. To my surprise when I came home and checked, everything was cleaned better than before. Was not sure that was possible. This is proof on the owner of Maid in Katy and how she trains and expects her team to clean each house. I will not go anywhere else for house cleaning!!

Maid in Katy provides the best quality and most consistent service for housekeeping. Today I had the pleasure of Candace. She did an exceptional job today. Was patient to working around my Covid-19 home office situation. Than you again for an exceptional job!

As usual Maid in Katy provided highest quality service. Destiny was super friendly and attentive. She checked and double checked to ensure she cleaned everything to my expectation. Have been using Maid in Katy for several years. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a long term service for your home. Let's support this local small business.

Katrina did an amazing job cleaning my house today. She is extremely thorough and just so friendly. I have been using Maid in Katy for a few years and so far, Katrina is my favorite person. I will request for her by name next time.

Returning to update my review for 2025. Melena and Bre are lovely and do a fantastic job. Their attention to detail while cleaning, and their awareness and kindness toward our cat is very much appreciated. I love having Maid in Katy take care of our home's cleanliness!!

We always look forward to the week that Bre comes to our house. She makes everything fresh and clean, of course, but also we just love her. She is kind and bright, and she is so patient with our 3 year old who loves to talk with her about dinosaurs and marine reptiles. We would give her 10 stars if we could!

Melena (Mimi) and Madison did a great job with our biweekly cleaning this week. Melena has been cleaning our home regularly for quite a while and she always does a great job. She also so sweet to our dog, letting him out as needed while she’s working. Thanks so much ladies!! You both do great work!!

We, our dog included, are so happy to have Maid in Katy a part of family routine. Words to define them: Adaptable, Efficient and Professional. Their standards are unparalleled. However what makes Maid in Katy a true stand out is the people. From Michelle the owner, to her staff (especially Alia,the newest part of our extended family), should be the main reason you welcome them into your family routine as well. You wouldn't trust your home with just anyone, right?

Kristin and Kassidy did an amazing job cleaning our home. They made the toilets look brand new and were able to clean baseboards and stair boards that I was sure needed repainting. Highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

Maid in Katy provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. Michelle was very accommodating in finding a good time to schedule services around my work calendar, which was a bit hectic.
Jashlyn and Kassidy arrived promptly at our scheduled time and were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They were great with my goofball of a dog as well! They did a fantastic job and I came home to a very clean house that smelled equally fantastic.
I will happily use Maid in Katy in the future and highly recommend their services!!

Candace and Haley did the first clean for me today as we begin a regular weekly cleaning cycle. The house looks great and smells incredibly clean. We have brand new dark hardwood floors that show dust, dirt, and footprints and however they clean them, they look shiny and spotless. The carpets even have the nice straight vacuum pattern. They worked efficiently and thoroughly, and worked around us while we were at home. Michelle was quick and responsive when I requested a quote, prices seem competitive with other companies, and then she came today to check in on the cleaning process and called this afternoon to confirm we were satisfied.

Katy Maids offers a fantastic service. We had the pleasure of having Kassidy and Kristin service us, and they were so kind, professional, and thorough. We’ve never used a cleaning service before and were immensely impressed with the overall quality, and we felt confident in their services. They truly eased our minds. Thanks to this amazing team! We will definitely use again.

We started with Maid in Katy in November 2024. Jashlyn and Melena did an excellent job with the initial cleaning. Brene has cleaned the last 5 times. We are very happy with her hard work in making our house look great! Michelle has been very prompt with answering emails and with scheduling our cleanings. We would definitely recommend this company.

Jashlyn and Kayla were absolutely amazing! Our house looks and smells incredible. We had to step out to sign our closing papers, and one of our dogs managed to escape twice — but they handled it so well! I’m really happy with their work and couldn’t be more pleased.
