This company was such an amazing find and i cant say enough good things about them.. I have used there deep clean services as well as the standard monthly cleaning services and I have been pleased with both. I started using them 2 years ago after trying out different companies and decided they were the best to work with. The team is very caring, and responsive to any of our needs, as well as always informative when things change. There website is very easy to use to confirm appts and for payment. I cant forget the most important part and that is Kayla. She came every month to clean our house and when we didn't have her we missed her.. She's such a jewel and the sweetest person you will ever meet. I wish i could take them where I'm moving too!! If you are thinking about this company book there services you wont be disappointed, even if you were for any reason they fix it.

Just moved in and scheduled our 1st move in clean with Maid in Katy which was highly recommended from the Moms of Katy on Facebook. Emily and Jess were the 2 girls assigned to do our cleaning and they were great! On time, communicated very step and made sure areas like the filters, A/C ducts were properly cleaned and dusted. I was very pleased and hope to get them again for my next cleaning.

Katrina has now cleaned my home twice and has done a fabulous job both times. We are very pleased with her work, and the professionalism and organization of Maid in Katy as a whole!

Tammy and Emily did a fantastic job cleaning our home. We walked in and it smelled heavenly and looked amazing. They really worked hard and were detail oriented and were so sweet. Definitely recommend Maid in Katy and I'll be scheduling a reoccurring service!

Jashlyn did a great job! Thorough cleaning and very professional! I've worked with other companies in the past but definitely want to stick with Maid in Katy because of the care & pride that Jashlyn takes in doing the job right.

Maid in Katy was a referral of our real estate agent. We used them to help sell our home. They did such a fabulous job that I used them again to clean the home we would be renting. I loved them so much i just never stopped going. We've been using them now every other week since. LOVE all the girls, they've done a fabulous job, but Haley has a sweet spot in my heart. So professional! Michelle, the owner, is easy to reach and very communicative. Willing to work around whatever my needs are. Highly recommend!!!

Emily and Jess did a fantastic job on the "Top to Bottom" inital cleaning of my home! I'm a pretty particular person when it comes to how I like things to be cleaned and I was blown away by how great of a job they did! I even told Emily before they started that our back door likely needed to be painted (it showed years of "love" from our hundred-pound dogs) and I don't know what kind of magic she worked, but it looks brand new! She even cleaned the flap of the doggy door - above and beyond my expectations.

I also appreciated the process and communication of obtaining a quote for services prior to the initial cleaning. Communication was clear with quick responses and I loved that there were checklists provided for each type of cleaning so that there was no question as to what to expect.

We've already recommended their services to two of our friends who are looking and can't wait to continue with bi-weekly cleanings.

I am very pleased with the service I receive from Maid in Katy. Bre is very professional and friendly and always does a great job cleaning our home. I look forward to the week that she will show up at our house.

Maid in Katy has been taking care of our house for about a year now and we are very happy with their service. If there are any issues, Michaela will promptly take care of them. Also, Destiny does an excellent job at keeping up with the house, she leaves it spotless and smelling fresh every time, she is also very good with pets, our fur baby Moose loves her!

I LOVE Maid in Katy and have recommended their services multiple times since we began using them 3 years ago! I have full confidence in Michelle’s entire team and the quality of their work! Haley, specifically, has consistently been cleaning our home for a couple of years now and she’s simply the best. Always prompt, professional, polite and THOROUGH! There is no higher recommendation!

Everyone that has come to our house to clean from Maid in Katy has been absolutely outstanding!! Their attention to detail, thoroughness, and friendly attitudes are bar none! Jashlyn and Emily have both done AMAZING jobs at our home and have worked around our busy 'work from home' schedules, which is a huge help and benefit of their services! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

The review I wrote 2 years ago still stands. Maid In Katy is a class act. Currently, Emily has done our house the past few cleanings, and it is always amazing to walk in to such a clean house. We have several dogs and cats who manage to get almost every surface dirty, but once Emily comes, you would never guess it. Give Maid in Katy a try! I am positive that you will be hooked!

We have been customers of Maid In Katy for 3+ years and have had deep cleans, move-in clean, move-out clean, and regular standard cleans.

Vivian has been cleaning for us for a while, and we so look forward to her coming! Everything is spic and span, and you can eat off the floors because they are so clean! We have a lot of dogs and cats which creates quite a mess for her, but it still looks and smells amazing every time!

We trust Michelle and her team with our pets, our house, with everything! They are like family and we couldn't live without them!

Bre is an absolute gem! Not only does she leave our home spotless, but it’s the thoughtful little touches that truly set her apart. My daughter adores Bre because she always takes the time to organize and arrange her toys in her room in fun, creative ways. It’s those sweet, personal details that show how much Bre genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond, and we’re so grateful to have her!

Maid in Katy has been a life saver, especially after becoming new parents. Mimi has been working with us every other week for almost a year now. She takes her time and does such a good job with the floors- my least favorite chore. Also, absolutely amazing making beds, feels like walking into a hotel. It’s such a treat to get home from work and walk into a clean home. Grateful for the predictable and thorough work.

Jashlyn and Kassidy did a tremendous job on our house. We started off our service with a deep clean, and they did a very thorough job. Working with Michelle has been quick and easy. Looking forward towards our new biweekly service!

Getting a house ready for sale is always stressful but Kristin, Brene and Kassidy came out and had our house looking and smelling amazing before our Open House. Highly recommend this company and this team of young ladies.

With me having a two year-old and working full-time, Maid of Katy was extremely helpful in keeping our home tidy. I really appreciated the communication and adjusting of schedule when my family and I went home for the holidays or requested the upstairs to be cleaned when family and friends visiting. As long as notice was given well in advance, Michelle was wonderful and adjusting the schedule. The cleaners were very polite, on time, thorough in cleaning our home. Very appreciative of the quality of cleaning Maid of Katy provided on a monthly basis.

Our home was given a top to bottom cleaning today by Emily and Jess from Maid in Katy. They were so nice and very efficient. The house just feels and smells so much better now, and I especially loved having the baseboards and shutters dusted, and just knowing all the nooks and crannies were cleaned really well. It was overdue! Overall, we are really happy with the results and can't wait for our next recurring appointment!

I have been using Maid in Katy for several years, both as monthly cleaning and deep cleaning as needed. I recently had Kassidy and Melena come for a deep cleaning. They worked non-stop and did such an amazing job. I love that Maid in Katy is pet-friendly as well. I will definitely continue to use them.

I can't express enough how amazing and professional Maid in Katy is. Consistently great results and very nice people all around. Michaela (office manager) is very responsive to text messages and usually replies within a few minutes. She also lets me know well ahead of time if my regular service needs to be rescheduled and is very flexible with scheduling. I hope whoever is considering their service will try them out! I always tried to tip when I could because this is very often a thankless and difficult job, but they've saved me a ton of time and elbow grease when I needed it.
