Jose and his team did a great job. He explained all my options and all costs involved for each part of the job. They responded quickly to my many repair needs after a big storm. They were able to problem solve an unexpected part of the storm damage and I was able to have everything repaired in a reasonable timeframe.

They replaced my front walkway, taking out concrete and brick, replacing with pavers. The job was expertly done on time and on budget. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work.

Met with Jose and Octavio to discuss clear
expectations on the jobs to be done and pricing. Their explanation of each step and timing was clear. The three jobs (major tree trim, replace brick walkway and complete re-sod of front yard) were completed on time and within original pricing. Labor and materials were quoted separately and I paid for the materials as they were needed. The cost of anticipated materials was actually a little less than quoted. When all three projects were completed, the crew cleaned the property to my satisfaction. I am happy with the services.

From the very beginning all the way throughout the entire process, they were extremely accommodating, informative and attentive. They helped me pick out and tailor the landscaping according to my budget and what was needed, no pressure. The crew was very dedicated and the whole project finished well ahead of time!

JS Tree Service did a fantastic job thinning our trees. They came out and did a walk through estimate and carefully explained the work that needed to be done. Once agreed they showed up as planned and did more than I expected.

Cleanup was spotless. Crew was polite and professional.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have had drainage issues with one side of our home for years. They came out and added drainage and a beautiful fire pit area. Recommend them 100%!

We had a great experience with Sanabria Outdoor Solutions! The crew did great work! They were efficient and quick and Jose was very communicative throughout the process.

The work was well done but we had some difficulty getting what we asked for. And it cost more money than estimated. That was fair because the project we wanted did take more materials and labor. I don’t think the project leader was being dishonest in any way, but he would not listen; he would not hear me. I would say what I wanted; he would repeat back something different; I would say again what I wanted and even before I finished he would be nodding his head and saying “yes, yes, perfect.” I don’t know how many times I had to say “don’t rip up my Turks Cap bush” Or to how many people. (They considered it a weed.) So all in all I am satisfied with the work, but it took a bit to get there.

Hired them to cut down two trees and grind one stump for $1000. Look at the mess they left in my front yard. And when I asked about it the guy said he gave me a good deal and that I just needed to pay him. We agreed upon a price and I should be able to expect a certain level of service. If they felt it was too low then they could have said no. They were also supposed to remove the visible roots. You can clearly see they didn't do that either. I would not recommend. They guy was just rude and the bad quality (left the mess).

Had an amazing experience with JS. They helped us out with a total patio renovation. They were always very good communicating with us, and answered all our questions quickly. They were also very good at walking us through the process. We are very happy with them, and look forward to our next project with them.

I stand corrected: I had posted a review over a year ago stating that JS Tree Service was not transparent with information, however, I must totally recant all of my statements. After several conversations with them and also researching other companies I found them to provide a quality service and product. They were very professional with their attention to each detail and explained all services and fees in exact dimension. Their work was performed in a timely and efficient manner and were readily available to answer and address any concerns. I would like to thank Alejandro/sales rep, Marlin/job supervisor, and Damaris/office staff for their outstanding customer service.

We will NEVER hire this company. They do rip people off and they are big time liars. The materials are separate pricing from the labor. The labor itself is about $3k-$6k plus materials, plus trash, plus delivery fees (which should be free delivery), and taxes. For a small backyard it can cost you $15k total. We hired them and they tried to scam up. We had to stop the project being done before they drain our budget because they were planning to go over it. They say there are transparent, but, in the end they will LIE and will make you pay for a higher price. Materials doesnt cost that much nor does labor but they made us pay triple the amount. They left our backyard looking like this and we paid $3k plus!!! RIP OFF!

Personally, I had no issues with the people or work performed in regards to the pergola and artificial turf installed in my backyard. I worked with Alejandro and he gave me clear quotes for the labor and materials. The receipts for the materials were given to me so there was no markup on these which to me is a good deal. Labor estimates were accurate and they did not overcharge for them. I literally asked for a pergola without giving them any directions or specifics and I think it came out great (I did the wood staining myself). I was in constant communication with him and their office for the bills, so I did not have a bad experience in the communication area. Overall, love the work and thought the price was fair for the work performed so I highly recommend.

For a great experience with these guys: be very specific on what you want if you are picky and make sure to verify the total cost of the project estimate (materials & labor). Doing this will most likely give you a great experience with them like mine was.

We were very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of this team. We purchased a solar powered light post lamp and needed a little help with installation to a post approximately 15ft or so. I called for an estimate, I had an appointment within a couple of days then when the estimate was complete we had an appointment set up for approximately 4 days. However they arrived in 2 for installation, which was great. We will definitely call them for our next project and you should too! As you can see, they are not only a tree service.😊

Nate and his crew arrived promptly and they did an excellent job. I was very satisfied with them, and they cleaned up beautifully afterward.

Artistic Tree Care came highly recommended to me by a family member who has almost unachievably high expectations for how jobs should be done and people should be treated. Nathan came out to assess my fallen post oak tree and the other trees on our lot in Spring Branch. I was impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. Within a few days his team came out to remove my fallen tree, take down a smaller tree, and trim up several other trees. Each member of his team was polite and clearly took care to do an excellent job. I think I heard "ma'am" more during their work at our house than I did in a whole school year teaching.

The quality of work is excellent and the old-fashioned American courtesy is five stars. I know exactly who to call the next time I or any of my neighbors needs help with our trees. If you're looking for tree care, stop looking and just give them a call. You'll think you stepped back in time in the best way possible because you'll get the job done that you're paying for, but you'll also be communicated with in a way that's become all too rare of an experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the Williams Family

Just had Leon and his crew out for multiple palm tree removal and stump grinding right next to a pool. They did a great job quick clean and professional! Highly recommend using them!!
