Great experience with Marcus. I first utilized him for my roof wash almost 5 years ago and was very satisfied with the result. A couple of months ago, I started seeing a few spots and asked him to come out and take a look. I recalled he had indicated they normally last about 5 years, so the initial wash performed as advertised. He came out, looked at the problem, gave me a new quote with discounts for repeat customer and he said there was some time left, maybe a couple of months, on the 5 yr period, so offered a further discount for that. All in all, Marcus is an honest, hardworking business owner. I’ve had zero problems with the quality of his work, would highly recommend him for roof and house washing.

Marcus pressure washed my sidewalk, driveway, side yard pavers and my patio. I had some black areas on my sidewalk, and a lot of green moss growing on my patio. Last time I had Pressure Washing done was probably before Covid, and it showed. When he was finished, there were no spots left behind. It was all gone. Clean as can be. Marcus is very easy to work with, polite, and friendly. I will be calling him again in the future. Thank you, Marcus!

My roof is clean but two topiaries/shrubs are dead plus some dead spots in the grass. The spray kills plants. My windows had to be cleaned due to the spray they used on the roof.

This was our first time to use Katy Memorial Services. Our house is 100% stucco and needed a soft wash. We could not be happier with the results. Marcus was on time and worked fast. All dirt dobber nests and North side mildew are completely gone. Marcus cleaned the rod iron fence without hurting the paint. The sidewalks, driveway and flagstone look brand new. I hired Katy Memorial a few years ago to do my driveway (had some stains from crepe myrtle trees) and was impressed by Marcus’ knowledge and care. When my house was turning 10 years old, I reached out again because I wanted to do some home maintenance including power washing the house and driveways. My house looks brand new! I thought I needed a new paint job, but with the cleaning, it looks like the paint is holding up well. Marcus is knowledgeable, provides tons of care in his work and craft, and an honest businessman (did not try to upscale me into buying a roof cleaning when asked if I needed one). I definitely recommend Katy Memorial and support small business.
