I appreciated that he double checked an issue he sees in new build homes with improper use of mesh grate and was able to remove it to avoid a problem in the future. We will use him for future home repair services.

Chris did a great job installing a fence post and replacing worn out pickets. He replaced the toilet fill valve as well and a couple of weeks later agreed to replace the flapper as well. Most repairman would charge an extra trip fee, but Chris graciously agreed to waive fees for the flapper replacement. Highly recommend Home Property Service for your repair needs.

If you are looking for quality work with very reasonable prices, Chris is your guy. He is a vast source of knowledge regarding home upkeep and care. He really is a great first point of contact to get anything done in your home. He's done a lot of work for us after recently moving into a new home, but one job in particular I wanted to mention in this review: I had paid a professional dryer vent cleaning company to clean out our vents because our dryer kept throwing an air flow error. They were here less than an hour total, and for many weeks the issue persisted (they insisted it was the brand new dryer that was the problem). Finally I called Chris and he came to look at it. He spent many hours over the course of about 2 days investigating and cleaning our vents. And he found an 8" pipe stuck in the vents left by a previous company! I could not say if this was left by the last company or not, but I am shocked they did not at least find it. After Chris finished, we no longer had the flow error, and all for about the same price as the professional company, for a lot more work put in and an actually complete job!
