Anna committed to cleaning my house yesterday. Double confirmed with her on Monday. Multiple attempts to reach her via Facebook messenger, phone, and text messages yesterday all got no reply. I was in a pinch and they let me down. I spent two hours after work and feeding my family cleaning last night because I was hosting a holiday lunch today. Truly stressed me out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They did a very thorough job of deep cleaning our house and took their time, not rushing through. The house felt very fresh and clean to come back into and they walked it with us, providing a checklist to make sure all was completed - from baseboards to exhaust and vent fan grates! The only thing I would suggest adding into the deep clean service would be the inside of the oven, which didn’t seem to have been done, and cleaning of splash/dirt spots on the walls. We have two kids who are constantly putting dirt and hand prints on the walls and doors and I would have liked to see that cleaned as well. Otherwise, great cleaning service and customer service and the pricing is fair considering all that comes in the service, depending on what you choose.

I didn’t catch the names of the two women that cleaned our house but they were so sweet, observant, detail oriented and thorough. They really put in the time and effort to clean our home. Booking was made easy and they were responsive. Prices were comparable or a tad bit more than other services we have used in the past but worth it, I recommend them and will use them again.

I don not usually write reviews but I was so impressed that I wrote this one.
I had two large branches fall in my front yard. One branch was on top of my cars. I sent pictures to Bryan who had me a quote within 15 minutes. The crew was at my house and on time within an hour and a half. They took great pains to avoid any damage to the cars as they cut and removed the branches. They removed the large branches and a 25 foot palm tree from my back yard within 2 hours! Very thorough clean up. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I used an Online source to find a tree removal service locally. Shortly after putting in a request I was contacted by Sergio with On Point Tree Service. Sergio was attentive, professional ,friendly, and helpful in meeting my tree cutting/removal needs. After presenting me with a competitive and fair bid I gave him the job after receiving several.He came out the morning he said he would and professionally and efficiently did exactly what he said he would do. His team was professional and skilled and did an exceptional job with the tree cutting as well the disposal and clean up! If your goal is to find a skilled crew for tree removal etc. at a reasonable and fair rate look no further as you will only be wasting your VALUABLE time. ON Point is who I will recommend to my family and friends and anyone else I hear looking for this type of service. Sergio is the reason I chose On Point ,once you use this company for your trees…you to will understand their name says it ALL !!!

Did not live up to my expectations . Left limb stobs protruding from the truck about 4 to 6 " all around my tree . Not very professional in my opinion. I see trees that have been tried and everything is flush with the limb AND LOOKS GOOD ..

Today 10/9/2024 is the fourth or fifth time I hired the company and unfortunately I must downgrade my review. I referred the service to the neighbor behind me to remove the tree. I would share half of the cost as a large branch of the tree was already reached above my back yard. The negotiated price was $800which included cutting down the tree and removing the debris and for $50 more they would trim another neighbor’s branch. When the workers came to the neighbor’s house, they complained about not being able to remove the debris through the garage as door to the garage was too narrow, which was an incorrect assessment, and the house doesn’t have gate to the back yard. They ended up throwing the branch over the fence to the other neighbor’s yard. They complained , saying it was taking them more time. They would charge an additional $200 for trimming the other tree branch. That’s not what we negotiated. Therefore, I asked them not to trim the other neighbor’s tree. After work was done, the workers demanded cash even though I paid via Zelle in the past. I asked them to wait for me while I return home to get cash and would return in 10 minutes. While I was home counting the cash, the door bell rang; the four workers had followed me home instead of waiting for me at the neighbor’s house.! I had problem communicating with them using my broken Spanish, so one of the workers called Bryan. I said I will pay them as soon as I see the receipt but he insisted the receipt will be sent to me later. I disagreed as I needed the receipt to give to my neighbor. I couldn’t fully trust them as they had already tried to increase the price. What happens if they later claim I didn’t pay them? Where was my proof ? We couldn’t come to an agreement over the phone so I hung up the phone, went back into the house and locked the door as I did not want to be outside with four men. In a few minutes Bryan called, threatening to dump all debris on the driveway. I contemplated calling the police but decided against as I didn’t want to ruin the workers’ livelihoods. I gave them the money to de-escalate but also recorded the activity . Had they followed through with Bryan’s threat, I would have called 911.

I didn’t like the fact that they followed me home after I told them that I would be back in 10 minutes. I felt uncomfortable in their presence with no one else around . In addition, I wanted either pay them in front of my neighbor or have a receipt to prove that I paid them.

Bryon claimed that they were late to another appointment. I wasn’t responsible for their schedule. Don’t blame the customer.

The company needs to treat its customers better, especially the return customers. I had written a review and gave the company 5 ⭐️ about 1 1/2 years ago. I now down grade the service to 2 ⭐️ as the workers didn’t honor part of the deal, and Bryan never told me I needed to pay them cash even though I paid via Zelle in the past. I never owed him or his workers any money and I tipped them in the past to show my appreciation for their hard work. I was ready to tip them before the situation turned hostile. Furthermore , making threat over a receipt created an acrimonious situation. Without a doubt I would have called the police had they dumped the debris on the driveway

Last April 10th we had a strong storm that broke some branches of one of the trees in our backyard, some of them falling on the roof. Some other branches suffered cracks that threatened to fall, some on neighbor’s property.
