Fast, good pricing and reliable handyman. I recently had a Ceiling Fan installed and enjoyed watching the whole process. However the box that was holding my fan was missing a screw, never fear since the handyman won’t charge you extra and puts your safety first.

Chris did an excellent job with our attic door replacement. We had been needing a new one for a while, and our job was especially challenging due to offsets in our house’s framing. Now getting into the attic is actually safe! Chris also fixed our dryer vent (removed a defective blower) which had been having airflow issues for a while. Thanks Chris!

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Chris. He took the time to diagnose and understand the problem and knew exactly what was needed to resolve the leak in our ceiling. Chris was great! Very thorough and extremely fair priced. We had a critter in the attic that we could hear off and on and though we never found the culprit, he did a great job checking for and sealing all entry points. We had one known area and he found another one when he arrived. Not only was his quote reasonable, he had already padded it for the additional area he found so while I was expecting the price to go up, he kept it the same as my original quote from the picture I sent him. He's very knowledgeable and explained things to watch for in case they come back. Said they can get more aggressive sometime and create new entry points. We will definitely use him again for other home repair needs. Grateful I found him.

We had a great experience with Chris home property service. He was very prompt in responding to our request to fix our front and back storm doors and came out the very next day to provide a reasonable estimate and timeline. He clearly explained what needed to be done and scheduled the repair quickly with us.
The storm door frame had rotted wood, the door handle had failed, and the hinge needed to be reattached. Chris was very detail-oriented, skillful, and professional throughout the entire process. He replaced the door frame with a new one, reinstalled the handle and hinge without any issues, and even took the extra step to realign the door so it fits perfectly and works smoothly.
We are very happy with the results and truly appreciate his quality workmanship. We will definitely be saving his number as our No. 1 go-to for future handyman work, as well as dryer cleaning and attic needs. Highly recommend!
