The quote was very good. They were on time and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently and all debris was removed. For the trees. However, the crew that ground my stumps left all the shavings and did not do all the roots as agreed. And left the mess on top of the stump in our front yard. This covered most of my yard. When my landscape crew came to resod my yard. They had to remove the debris left behind. And large pieces of stump and roots were discovered underneath. So, we had to pay again to have them to grind down the stumps properly. So the new sod could be done. I contacted On point and got an apology. He said if i had called he would have sent his grinders back. I had a crew in my front yard ready to work, and tons of sand and grass. The problems were not discovered until they were hauling off the shavings. So, when was his crew supposed to come back? There tree crew was great but their grinding crew not great. No refunds on their shoddy work was offered.

On Point was great to work with. They came by the next day after contact. Gave me a great price compared to other quotes I received. I was able to get on their schedule to have two tall pines removed and have some dead branches cut off another. They showed up on time to do the work, and finished in about 4-5 hours. They cleaned everything up and it all looks great. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the value I feel I received. I highly recommend them!

I hate that one star is the lowest I can give. Beware of this company, especially the representative Leno! Brain, the alleged owner wasn’t much help either so, please beware. Horrible customer service from Leno…just terrible. Leno called another company I was getting a quote from and asked them how much they were quoting me. Very unprofessional. I let Brain know, but he did nothing. The crew plastic water bottles and glass bottles throughout my backyard and left a huge mound of saw dust in my backyard. I called Brain, sent pictures and was told that he’d send someone to clean up, but never did. Not reliable in my opinion. Never again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with On Point Tree Service that I feel compelled to share. I initially hired them for two jobs, hoping for quality work, but both left much to be desired. Despite my frustration, I was almost ready to give them a third chance. However, the owner assured me he would call back but never did. I left multiple messages with the office secretary to address my concerns, but my calls went unanswered.

To make matters worse, the sales representative, Charli, was persistent in seeking payment even before I had seen the completed work. This lack of professionalism was extremely off-putting. I've since requested a partial refund, but it seems I'm left with no choice but to dispute the charges through my credit card company.

In summary, if you're considering On Point Tree Service, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. RUN!

Best price after negotiating but you get what you pay for I suppose. They fell a whole tree and damaged another tree, then tried to sell me further services to fix the canopy on the damaged tree. Their truck drove on my neighbors yard and left 6 inch deep tracks. In my lawn their machinery left track marks everywhere. When working with Bryan the owner I was told a crew would come fix the tracks yet zero follow through in a week and that the downing of the tree that damaged my oak tree was “perfect” and tried to sell me on more services. Only reason they get two stars is they were the best rate but I’ll be using someone else in the future.

They are great. The process was easy and the prices is competitive. I got quotes from at least half a dozen tree removers before going with this company. They also left several roots still in the ground.and too much grinded up stump mulch

Didn't complete work and broke landscap e rocks. Left mess. Update finally got the yard cleaned up and other part of job done only to realize that they did even finish grinding the stump that they claimed to have completed.

They make big promises but deliver very little—and then ask for more money to finish what they were originally hired to do.

We hired them twice. The first time, they showed up late and barely did any work. Fortunately, I was home and had to argue with them to get the job done properly. I chalked it up to a bad day and gave them another chance.

Big mistake. On second occasion , they arrived two days later, again did the bare minimum, and when I raised concerns, they demanded additional payment to complete the work we had already agreed on.

This kind of behavior feels dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

I wish I had the same experience as others. It started off smooth with the crew coming same day to look and provide me a quote. They got the tree down fast. All the issues happened afterwards. They left all the grinds behind, left tracks through my yard, broke my water sprinklers, and hit my regulator on my generator that caused a crazy gas leak. I had to evacuate my home, inform my neighbors so they were aware, and had to call Center Point to check on things and stop the gas leak.

This company is VERY unprofessional. And I really hope that the owner is reading this because the unprofessionalism comes straight from the top! (:

To summarize, despite not being direct clients, our property was negatively impacted by the inadequate containment of wood debris during a tree removal service conducted by this company in an adjacent yard. Consequently, we are facing substantial costs for yard and pool remediation due to the uncontained wood shavings, which have also compromised our filtration systems. Upon contacting the owner, an initial offer to replace the filters was made, which was subsequently retracted and replaced with unprofessional personal remarks.

Stay away! Work with a business that conducts themselves as so.

Six giant pine trees were taken down on schedule and for a great price. Our crew did an excellent job. They protected my property from damage in tight situations with power lines, fence, pool and carports very close. We will definitely hire this company again.

I had two overgrown live oaks in the yard that needed to be removed. The live oaks were growing back faster and bigger every time they were trimmed and roots were working their way under the house, driveway, and sidewalk. On Point removed both trees and ground the stumps. They did an amazing job and put sod over the stumps. The work was done in Nov 23, but I delayed this review due to the grass and new tree going dormant for winter. It's now Spring of 24 and the yard looks amazing. I can actually see my house again. Thanks so much to On Point for doing an amazing job. I'm very happy. Forgot to add the price was great! I've included before and after pictures.

I can't recommend On Point Tree Service enough! I recently had them handle tree trimming, root grinding, for my towering tree over 15 feet. From my first call with Benito Flores, I felt confident about this company. He was professional and offered a fantastic price with in person consultation.

What blew me away was their speed! They came out the same day and worked efficiently, transforming my yard. They left everything spotless, which I truly appreciated. Plus, they made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up, finishing just before the rain hit!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with On Point Tree Service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the company offered one of the lowest quotes for tree removal, the quality of their work reflected that price.

During the job, a section of my fence was damaged. When I brought it to their attention, the team immediately denied responsibility despite clear evidence that the damage occurred while they were working. Additionally, one of the trees they cut down landed on my gutter and caused it to break. Once again, they refused to take accountability and insisted it wasn’t their fault.

While their prices may seem appealing, my experience showed that you truly get what you pay for. The "owner" Brian, demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and refused to take responsibility for the property damage. I would strongly encourage anyone considering On Point Tree Service to proceed with caution and consider paying a little more for a company that stands behind its work.

They are based in Houston, but will drive here to Beaumont. They came out the same day I called them to inspect my tree that was in bad shape and leaning towards my house. The quote was reasonable. The next day, they came out and removed the tree, put all of the wood in their truck, ground up the stump. They also removed some overhanging tree branches in the back yard, for a small price. By the end of the day, my yard was clean and everything was removed.
I have used them previously and received the same great results.

I had a 50 plus foot tall, 2.5 plus foot diameter, dead pecan tree that was just waiting to fall on the house. I've had several quotes, but none of them would take a credit card. Luis and his crew were across the street doing a job and Luis came and asked me about my dead pecan tree. Luis was very nice, gave me a good quote, and said they accept credit cards for payment. He told me they would take care of my smaller dead tree as well. He said the guys would start on it as soon as they finished across the street. The crew started as soon as they finished across the street and did an amazing job. I still don't know how they kept that huge tree from hitting the house when bringing it down! No stumps left and they cleaned up after finished. The crew were all friendly and worked flawlessly together. I would highly recommend this tree service and I will call them again in the future. Thank you.

Like many of the horrible reviews on here, I too had a disgusting experience with the poor excuse of an owner and company. They cut down my neighbors pine tree and all the sawdust landed in my pool, ultimately clogging it. I reached out to who I thought was the pool company that performed the work and I was later informed it was On Point who did the work. The owner accused me of lying. All I was asking for was the filters of my pool to be replaced and he stated that when my neighbor paid him, he would replace my filters. My neighbors payment is unrelated to the damages made to my pool. Apparently the company is too broke to afford $150 filters. They do not take responsibility or accountability for any damages as stated by many others on here. The owner will talk to you like he’s king of the world. Save your money. Going with this cheap company gives you what you pay for and you will be stuck with additional costs. If nothing is done about this companies havoc, they will continue to destroy and damage and get away with it.

Thank you On Point Tree Service for cutting down 3 dead palms and trimming 6 palms. The best price!!! Honest, prompt and arrive same day, n hour after my call for an estimate! The crew members were courteous, diligent and cleaned well! Another project completed!!!

I would also recommend R & J Tree Service as they were willing to bid a little lower to compete but could only come out tomorrow. Unfortunately, I decided to remove the trees right away so that I may complete my landscaping and mulching.
