Sergio did an awesome job with the top dressing of the lawn. He was extremely knowledgeable about the lawn and lawn care! He let me know what to do when he was done and things to improve the health of my lawn. Would definitely recommend Emerald Lawns

Emerald Lawns asked me how the tech did on weed service but I honestly don’t know. I didn’t stand out there to watch him. However since I don't see reoccurring weeds and the existing ones are all dead, that means he did a great job. :D

Was not notified that my lawn was to be treated. My back gate was locked as a result. Treated on half my yard and then charged me for the full job.

Contacted emerald about millipedes all over the yard. They came the next day and treated the yard. They are always so helpful solving different landscaping issues. I highly recommend them. I also use for monthly fertilizer services.

TODAY I WITHNESS THE TECHNICIAN ONLY SPRAY WEED FOR MY FRONT YARD AND LEFT, HE NEVER WENT TO MY BACKYARD
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

AND THE COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING BECAUSE I CANT NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE BY PHONE CALL, OR EMAIL

Jason is a very knowledgeable lawn care tech! He was very professional and attentive with my lawn. I'm glad I chose Emerald. I chose a competitor prior to Emerald. But the lack of communication was a bust for me. Emerald automated text messages to let you know your tech's ETA is top notch communication! Emerald Lawn care was hired yesterday and out today for service. Now that's excellent customer service!
