Chris and his crew are incredible! Chris really knows his trees and his business. He came out and gave me a free estimate detailing what all would be done. Sent me a written estimate along with his insurance credentials. Work was performed expeditiously and all debris was cleaned up and hauled off in a professional manner. And while tree service is not cheap I thought he was very reasonably priced. Communication was superb throughout the whole process. OM Tree Service is highly recommended by me.

The team came out and gave a very reasonable estimate and once I agreed they were able to show up very quickly. We had 2 mature trees and some tall ligustrums trimmed. The trees needed quite a bit of cleaning up.

The team were very professional and the end result are trees that look better than we expected. The yard was cleaned up very well before they left.

We are very happy with the service OM provided to us and will not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again. Thumbs up.

Rarely do I take time to provide reviews of the services rendered by any specific company. I was so pleased with OM Tree Service that I decided providing a review was/is appropriate. It all started with Chris who arranged everything else. Thank you, Chris! OM Tree Service personnel arrived on time, were well outfitted in uniforms that made it easy to identify them, explained in detail how they would approach the job and then proceeded. They removed two 15 year old oak trees and completely cleaned up all within 2 hours. Their crew included Ty and Johnny and they were great with keeping me and my husband informed. The next day the crew lead by Nelson showed up on time to complete the stomp grinding portion. Nelson was great at putting me at ease ensuring he stayed away from gas, electric, cable and phone lines.
Both crews, upon completion, cleaned up not only our yard but our neighbors and the streets in front of our home and our neighbors.
I can't say enough. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. They'd get 10 stars from us but the system only allows 5.

Called OM and had an estimate within 48 hours along with insight into the tree issues I had questions about. I received four estimates and OM was very competitive. Not the cheapest but I like the idea that arborists are available too. They are insured and provided a copy of their coverage prior to doing the work. The work was done on time and the property was left clean. Before the crew left the leader asked me to check things over to be sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Wow! One days notice and OM Tree Service solved a big problem for me. They removed a large branch hanging over my house and helped me resolve the issue for home owners insurance. See the before and after pictures. They were on time, very failry priced, did great work and meticulously cleaned up all the debris. This type of customer service is rare these days. Thank you OM!

Fabulous! They came out immediately when I called and gave an estimate that I thought was definitely in line. They completed the service when they said they would and the work was fabulous. Besides the final product you couldn’t even tell they were here meeting there was no debris left anywhere on my property. I would highly recommend OM Tree Service.

Communication: excellent. Received a call just after hitting send on the website. Tech's communication was great, before arrival and during the visit/quote. Worked through horrible weather to get a solid time/date and they were on time.

I was very happy with the quote process. They understood I was on a budget but needed to get the tree away from the roof before storm season. Chris walked me through options on how to best accomplish that and what I could do within my budget. Never felt like an attempt to hard sell some additional work

Quoted Price. As expected/not bank account crushing for sure. The nice part of the OM quote.. it didn't have a ton of weird hidden fees like a few others I looked into; just one minor one for using a Cc - but they offer a bunch of other payment methods not using one. (And it is a lower fee vs the others for the same thing)

The workers were great. The trimming turned out better than I expected. I wasn't home but I have security cameras everywhere. Some obvious and some not. They were very respectful of the property and did a great job with clean up.

Payment options were nice.

I hope I don't need them again anytime soon but would 100% recommend them .

Chris stopped by and gave me a bid on removing a 35’ tall dead pine. The price was within reason. But I wasn’t ready to move forward. Chris then sent me a copy of there bid and liability insurance.

My neighbor across the street had just had a pine removed by other guys, they tore up his yard with there skid steer loader.

When I was ready to do the job, a month later, they still had my bid and notes from our conversation.
Wow, that was impressive.

When these guys rolled up to the job in matching shirts with sharp looking equipment, they moved with purpose, efficiency, and attention to detail. All crew members were polite, no loud music no yelling. When they left all debris was gone. OM Tree left my yard cleaner than when they arrived in Katy.

Oh, there stump grinder is a power propelled walk behind unit. They did not tear up the yard or break any sprinkler heads.

We, like many others, live in suburbs and have a home we moved into about 10 years old. Our oak trees in the front yard aren’t near as large as the trees at other homes around us. This prompted my call to Joe.

He let us know the issues when an oak tree is installed by a home builder in a less than ideal installation. The quick and dirty installation approach from a subcontractor is very common. The “mulch volcano” approach is another incorrect method that so many homes in our area have.

Joe was able to prune the tree the correct way and fix the root system to encourage the tree to grow and not strangle itself.

There is a complete change in the way our trees look and it’s nice to know they are set to grow the correct way. After all, trees aren’t cheap so pruning them correctly and encouraging the roots to look for water outward is necessary.

I have used this SERVICE and have found the worker Connor Bennett to have integrity and perform a great job in trimming and pruning my trees. I like the fact that they clean up well after they have completed the job. I would highly recommend this Service.

Joe and his team do a great job. You can tell he has pride in his work and cares about landscaping and the environment. In the past we used the same company that cut our grass. No offense to them but they are not tree guys and it showed.

Had our trees trimmed and root pruned by Houston Arbor Care, and I could not be happier!!!!! They look great! They had been neglected by the previous home owner, but Joe has made them perfect again! Highly recommend!!!

Knowledgeable, practical help to keep us from losing valuable trees that weren’t healthy.
The crew also did a great job with appropriate pruning to help repair previous tree-trimming that almost killed our trees. Joe and his crew got us back on the right path and ultimately saved us from losing our oak trees.

Joe has been cutting our oak tree & bradford pear for years. He knows his trees! He has continue to care for our bradford pear so that it doesnt split down the middle and we will enjoy it for years to come.

I had about a 45 foot oak tree, 5 feet from the house and 3 feet from the fence. These guys are such pros because they were able to take it down with no damage to any of the surrounding property. They are really good! They worked hard and cleaned everything up. I'll never use anyone else after this performance.

Joe is awesome to work with! He has trimmed and cared for our trees for 4+ years. We have called several tree companies even to look at a sick tree and Joe by FAR is the most knowledgeable. Joe is our go to for all questions, support and help when it comes to our trees.

Joe came out to take a look at a tree my previous tree trimmer said was hopeless and dying - they were not being trimmed correctly, plus we’ve had a bad drought but I had holes in my tree from improper treatment.

Houston Arbor Care Tree Service has an excellent crew - Joe and his team really care about saving trees, and I feel that my trees are in good hands now - they trimmed the trees using rope - not spikes and applied neem oil to kill insects that were damaging the tree and finally did a “Drench” which I’ve never had done, but I know it will help to feed the roots of the trees with organic nutrients and restore and perhaps bring my tree back to live a few more yrs or longer. I am also going to use them for my future lawn fertilizing and all tree trimming and tree care in the future - I have 6 trees and want to keep them - give them a call especially if you are worried about your trees - they really care
