Great experience so far. From the initial consultation when Martin came out to our house to the consistent cleaning and prompt arrival times on a weekly basis, the cleaning is amazing. Also there is a quality assurance person that comes out to check the work of the cleaners. All around a great experience! We would highly recommend MoreHands Maid Service is Katy!

I was recommended to use MoreHands Made Service by a friend of mine who said they did great work. I had never used a cleaning service before, so this was new to me. I couldn't be happier with the service, quality and professionalism of the staff and everyone I dealt with. They arrived on time, did a great job, and they made my place look great. I will definitely use them again, I can't believe it took this long to find MoreHands. Great service!

The team did super amazing! We are so grateful to them for helping with our move out cleaning. They were done in the 3hrs they quoted us and cleaned everything as noted better than we could have hoped. I recommend everyone to use them for your housekeeping needs!!!!!! Thank you so much!!

This cleaning service were extremely disappointing. I used them for 6 months, during which time I made several complaints about surfaces not being properly cleaned or my belongings not being returned to the right places. They say they have a satisfaction guarantee, but there was no improvement after each complaint, or effort made to rectify the situation. Finally cancelled my account with them when for a near $100 service they spent less than 45 minutes in my apartment, and left with barely any evidence it had been cleaned at all. My advice is look somewhere else for your cleaning service!

I had team 3 come today and I am so glad I went ahead and committed to them coming every 3 weeks. They were timely, friendly, careful to keep Social distancing, and so polite. Very thorough job with cleaning. With the different cleaning crews I’ve had come spontaneously in the past 7 years here- they are by far the best. Relieved and glad I called them and am eager for them to come back. I don’t know why I didn’t just allow myself to do this months ago. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Splurge on the oven cleaning- mine looks brand new!!!

Firstly, they only gave me a 10-minute notice that they are on their way even though I told them I will not be home and need 30 minutes to get there. Typically, courtesy calls are at least half an hour.
Secondly, the service was NOT GOOD. I paid close to $400 for a deep clean prior to move in. There were still spiderwebs under the kitchen cabinets, and above the kitchen light. And the inside of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet was still dirty. If you pay that amount and ask for a deep clean, you expect a DEEP clean. Waste of money & time. Definitely not using them again. Best of luck in your business. You will need it.

Called last minute for a move out clean, since my usual housekeeping service was fully booked, and they were able to deliver. They were done in 3 hours, just in time for me to turn in the keys. Home was very clean, almost as if no one had ever lived there!! 😆 they were sure to get the baseboards, fans, and vents too! ☺️🥰 The ladies were so kind and helpful with amazing energy. I'm so great ful, since I wouldn't have been able to finish the move otherwise. Not to mention, they made one less thing stressful for me 😅 thank you so much, Morehands, for the prompt and quality service!

Requested a deep clean quote — which ended up being outrageous— and now they spam every day and don’t have a way to unsubscribe which I think is illegal

The 2 woman team were on time, took 1 1/2 hrs to clean my 1200 sq. Apt. They were thorough, taking time to do the tasks with care. They were nice & easy to instruct even though I don't speak Spanish. I really was impressed that the Supervisor came about midway for quality control & to translate my pleasure to the women as they left. She answered upgrade questions for next time.
Follow up from the main office was appreciated.

Always the best service! We highly appreciate the service- it is our favorite day of the week. I will be honest the staff had previously missed a room as it was hidden by a door and they came back just a few days later and cleaned the ENTIRE house again with no problem. We highly recommend to all! Thank you for making our life better!

OH...MY...GOODNESS!!!!! WOW! WOW! WOW! These ladies are AMAZING!!!!! I cannot believe how much they can get done in 2 hours! It would have taken me 2 months! SOOOOO CLEAN TOO! I am so incredibly impressed! They get everything so clean and tidy! Not a corner or nook or cranny was missed ! AND I have A LOT of nook crannies!!! I was gifted this service today by my son, but I will MOST DEFINATELY be calling on them again! WOW! WOW! WOW! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
